The photos were not of the space we were given, nor were they an accurate depiction of the quarters offered to us. The space felt like you were issued a room in a prison. The hallway smells like old piss. The room smelled like a cleaning chemical factory.Parking is more than half a mile a way in the Miami heat and costs 20 a day.We left within 20 minutes of check in because the chemicals in the air and on the bedding caused my eyelids and my daughters to swell and be very itchy and my daughter broke out in a rash everywhere her skin was exposed to the air or bedding. I have communicated with the ‘front desk’ (a woman sitting with a box halfway down the downstairs hallway) and the property manager and VRBO about the experience and tried unsuccessfully to get my money back because we were unable to stay and it cost us more than 200 more to find emergency accommodations in the area for our stay.
