Amazing set up and great host! We stayed for four nights - 3 teen/tweens and 4 adults. Plenty of room for all of us to spread out and a great set up to hang out and get quality time together. Highly recommend.

The house was very nicely updated, but some of the furnishings, sheets/pillows were pretty old and worn looking I loved the neighborhood and the driveway was a good size and there was also a plug for the Tesla. I think it was a bit overpriced for CA. ( I am from CA) Overall it was a good location, well equipped and comfortable

Nice house, fully stocked. Didn’t get to use the pool because of the crazy weather but it’s a very nice setup. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay. Location is great, just around the corner from Paramount Studios and close to restaurants. Backyard was a lovely oasis and the house was spacious enough to give everyone some quiet time on our downtime. Andrew or host was very responsive with any questions we had. Highly recommend!

Great Stay over the Holidays

We were visiting LA for the holidays. We had a great time in Larchmont Village. The property was perfect for our family (clean, spacious, and well appointed). This property is great in all aspects!!! This is one of the cleanest units I have ever stayed in. The house has everything you can think of. Great Family Getaway with Perfect Location and Amenities

This rental was great for our family! It’s a great location, was impeccably clean, had beautiful decor, and the convenience of walkable nearby shops and restaurants was an added bonus. The house was well stocked with supplies and our house Andrew was very accommodating and communicative throughout our stay. For families, the presence of a heated pool was an absolute delight. The kids (and even the adults!) thoroughly enjoyed spending time in the pool, especially after a long day of exploring. The fact that the pool was heated allowed us to indulge in swimming even during cooler evenings, adding an extra level of fun to our vacation.

Beautiful House, convenient location

Gorgeous house. We loved the walkability to Larchmont Village, and close by grocery store (food, prepared foods, all types of alcohol). We sincerely appreciated the welcome drinks, coffee, and all toiletries. And, after a day at the beach in Santa Monica, my son extends a heartfelt thanks for the supply of aloe for his sunburn! After being at another property in CA, we truly now appreciate the convenience of parking in a driveway! We will return if our travels bring us back to LA.

A nice home and great location.

This home worked well for our family. We loved having a pool. The location is great for those who are looking to enjoy everything downtown Los Angeles has to offer. It was also a safe neighbourhood. The house was pretty well equipped but missing a few essentials (i.e. Salt and pepper shaker, should come standard) and was light on frying pans. It was a little bit tired and could used a fresh coat of paint but Andrew was great and made some recommendations as to what to do in the neighbourhood.

Convenient Hollywood Location

If you're looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Hollywood, look no further than this! My family recently stayed here and we were very happy with the accommodations. The location is unbeatable - just minutes away from all the attractions and sights that Hollywood has to offer. We were able to easily walk to many of the nearby restaurants. It was clean, spacious, and well-appointed with everything we needed to feel right at home. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the living room was a great place to relax after a busy day of sightseeing. Perhaps the best part of our stay was the excellent communication and hospitality of the host. They were quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had, and went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. I recommend for anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and enjoyable stay in Hollywood. Thank you to the host for making our trip a great one!

Good, not great.

Pros: Good location, well appointed kitchen with outdoor patio and pool. It has a Zen-like open space interior that is clean and inviting. Cons: TV is NOT user-friendly! No access to Network TV. Mattresses are uncomfortable and linens are worn. Acoustics need major improvements; noice dampening wall hangings, rugs or paintings. The furniture is built for rental abuse. Decor has all the warmth of a high end, private hospital room at NY Presbyterian . At $1,000.00+/night, would not return unless improvements were implemented.

Thanks for your feedback James, we have taken steps to make improvements based on your comments. The TV which is currently set up with a firestick has been upgraded to include ESPN and network TV. We've also replaced all mattresses, linens and sofas with the goal of improving the overall warmth and comfort. Originally these decor items were selected for their ease to sanitize for optimum hygiene, which seemed to be of utmost concern for clients during the pandemic. Hope you'll come back soon, Andrew
