This house is amazing! The pool & outside area are absolutely PERFECT! The house is clean, has everything you need & is so adorably decorated. It has a very nice private drive & there’s even a dock on the bay behind the house. This property is a 15/10!!!!!

Beach Vacation

The house and pool were nice enough and clean upon arrival. The pool is quaint but our kids were able to swim and have fun the entire stay, which is all that we wanted. The access to the dock for fishing was great. The beach didn’t have a super accessible option, so we ended up driving to the public access and paying 10/day. Not the worst, we were just unaware that we were staying so close to the beach but had limited walkability. Again, not a deal breaker. The area that we felt needed most improved was the toiletries and usable goods. Our group had 6 kids and 4 adults and upon arrival, there were only 2 trash bags for the entire stay, no handwash soap in the kitchen, one (already used) paper towel roll in the kitchen, no kitchen washcloth with only one previously used kitchen sponge, tiny bars of soap for the bathroom (one each), no extra toilet paper rolls (which we did know beforehand because I asked and we brought extra), one pod of dish detergent, and 2 K-cups for coffee. There was a vacuum provided but was broke so we bought a Swiffer for our stay. Unfortunately, we just had to spend more on toiletries and regularly used goods than we’ve ever had to spend before on rentals like this, especially a full house, which is why I ultimately gave 3 out 5 stars instead of 4

As noted in the rental agreement, we do provide a starter set of items such as trash bags, dish soap, toilet paper, and paper towels, but guests will need to bring or purchase additional supplies for longer stays or larger groups. Your comments are very helpful, and we’ll review our stocking process to ensure guests feel as comfortable and prepared as possible. We truly appreciate your honesty and hope we’ll have the opportunity to provide you with an even better experience on your next stay.
