Equipped with stainless steel appliances and expansive granite countertops, the kitchen is both functional and elegant. Throughout the home, rich dark wood floors add a touch of sophistication. The upgraded tile bathroom enhances the home with modern design and high-quality finishes. The unit does have a washer and dryer. Powderidge 44 welcomes pets (2 medium-sized size, well-trained dogs) and offers the charm of a wood-burning fireplace, perfect for cozy gatherings.

~ Pet Friendly - Pets are limited to two, medium sized, house broken DOGS ONLY. All other animals are not allowed. Pet damages are not covered by the Damage Waiver Fee. Damages caused by your pet will be charged to your credit card on file.
~ No Smoking or Vaping.
~ No large gatherings
~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM
~ Check out time is 10:00 AM
~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am

Our stay at Powderidge was a perfect for ski in and ski out. very accommodating for a pet friendly stay. Everything was clean and tidy.

While not every property is located directly on the slopes, the majority of our rentals are slopeside and provide ski-in/ski-out access to beginner (novice) trails within the main terrain area of Snowshoe Mountain. Many homes also feature scenic mountain, village, or Western Territory views. The Western Territory is a separate section of the mountain known for its long vertical drop and expert terrain. This area features some of the steepest and most challenging trails in the region and is designed primarily for advanced skiers and snowboarders.

Casago Snowshoe provides professional vacation rental management and guest services year-round, welcoming visitors for winter skiing and snowboarding as well as summer mountain biking, hiking, festivals, and other outdoor recreation.
