Terminal de cruceros y Nayar Vidanta Golf son excelentes opciones para los que buscan unas vacaciones activas, pero si prefieres sumergirte en la naturaleza, Bahía de Banderas y Playa de los Muertos son lo que necesitas. Zoológico de Vallarta y Parque de Aventuras Paraíso / Canopy Indio también merecen la pena.

My wife Nuria and I live in the San Francisco Bay area and we love travel!
We discovered Puerto Vallarta several years ago and absolutely love this area of Mexico, especially the Old Town area, with it's charming shops, restaurants and beach clubs. Although we travel to other parts of the world for business we always find ourselves heading back to PV for R&R. Over the years we have introduced many friends to this charming area, and on one of our visits we had an opportunity to purchase an apartment and we just couldn't resist.
Well, it has turned out to be the best decision we've ever made, because we have celebrated soo many fabulous birthdays, weddings, and family reunions here! By becoming a host we have the thrill of introducing others to this magical, fun place....especially and specifically in the Old Town where there is such a concentrated wealth of great restaurants, entertainment, shops and beach clubs!
With all the new development in PV Old Town, we have found another element of charm in the amazing designs and level of comfort that has been added to this place we love. The rooftop infinity pools with cocktail bars and the stunning views from these rooftops and private terraces is world class!
Again, that's why we purchased multiple properties in select buildings that we consider to be the the best in the Old Town area of PV. Once you are here, and settled in, it's like that big relaxing exhale that tells you "I'm finally relaxed"
We want this experience for all our guests, which is why we provide a list of our favorites and a gentle nudge to check these out. Even though we know that our guests will find their own magic in this beautiful paradise.

The Emiliano Zapata neighborhood is fabulous! Each area in Old Town has it's own charm and this part has so many great restaurants, shops, markets, and night clubs.
While the Old Town is divided into neighborhoods they all melt together in an easy walk from one to the next, so the beach at Los Muertos with it's charming sea side restaurants is just a 5-7 min walk from our Avida building, as well as the Saturday farmers market, the Malecon walk, and all the shops and restaurants of all the other neighborhoods....so basically it's just one big playground (for adults :o)

Avida was designed with amenities in mind, from the rooftop infinity pool and adjoining giant hot tub with spa jets ...and all the other rooftop spaces....like hammocks strung from palm trees in the sand, a fire pit encircled by a comfy built in bench, a large conference room, a barbecue area, a large bar area....and of course ample bathroom facilities in two different areas of the rooftop. Once you are up on that rooftop, you realize there is space to relax....and even be alone if you wish. Did I mention the 360 degree view if the Old Town, Bay, and Sierra Madre Mountains?!...and this is just the beginning!
The interior of the building has interspersed on every other floor, specific rooms: a business office, a Smart TV room, a reading room, a gaming room...and of course a world class gym on 2 floors!.....and this is all before you get to our super charming Penthouse apartment with outdoor terrace and more expansive top floor views!
