My stay

I was there for a few days and it’s in a good location 10 to 15 minutes to the river walk area and restaurants it has all the amenities and it’s comfortable.

Dirty floors, both toilets were broken because lips were not bolted down, frig didnt work, only 1 towel per person and no dish towels. Carpets were black with filth, furniture was so uncomfortable. No dishes to eat on. Lights flashed all the time in bathrooms. Cigarette holes in bed linens. Overall worst vrbo i ever stayed at. Nothing luxurious about it

I have to say that this was the worst property I've ever stayed at. The unit was filthy. Stains on the carpet, sheets used and dirty, toilet seats broken and coming off and used and dirty towels. The floors were disgusting! The shower door dripped so I wiped up the water and the towel was black with dirt and soot! I had to go buy sheets amd towels because what was provided was not usable!
I wiped the floor with this towel and this is how dirty it was

Our hostess Arya wasn’t a good one. She failed to meet the needs of her guests. I reached out to her the first night because there was no toilet seat in the second bathroom and a broken toilet seat in the master bathroom. There were filthy carpets. No extra towels and no wash cloths. When asked about the towels and wash cloths, she stated that extra towels would be an additional cost and wash cloths were not included. I went a purchased towels and rags for me and my family. She kept saying maintenance was coming to fix the problem, they never did. She never checked in with me to confirm whether or not the repairs were completed. She never took responsibility for her lack of care for her guests. I would NOT recommend that anyone stay at her property!
