This is a guest suite that was converted to a private getaway. We RELOCATED the entrance coming from the rear access for privacy. Guest will have their own entrance and parking with a keypad entrance to the guest suite. As you enter you will see our Custom Rustic queen bed with 4 dresser drawers. There are two separate closets with sliding barn doors. As you approach the living room you will see 2 twin beds surrounded by a modern open floor plan. Beautiful open kitchen with granite island tiled backsplash and all your kitchen needs along with a self-service Custom Rustic coffee station. Moving to the bathroom you will have a walk-in tiled shower with plenty of room and an awesome showerhead. Need to do laundry? Our Machines are cleverly tucked away within the bathroom but out of sight. So grab some coffee and lounge around maybe outside on the patio? Please come see this cool layout for yourself You will Love it!!!!! Oh, I forgot to mention really fast wifi - 345 Mbps!!!

Great communication from the owners with a genuine concern to ensure our stay was good. The location could be in a more desirable area but I attribute this to vast road construction in the immediate area.The rental was clean and organized with a quaint entry which we found very relaxing. Due to our busy schedule while there, we pretty much only slept there and went about of business until departure day. I would recommend for a quick stay for couples and smaller families due to the size of the place.

This was a perfect place for us and our daughter for our recent trip to San Antonio! Super clean and cozy, close to everything we needed, and the host was very helpful. We’ll definitely stay again next time we visit.

We stayed here when our son graduated from Air Force BMT. Our hosts were helpful and accommodating and the property was perfect for the two of us. San Antonio Riverwalk was a really nice area to visit. We enjoyed our stay!

There’s simply not enough space in this review to describe how delighted we were with Mike and Raquel and their place. It was THE PERFECT getaway for two with close proximity to just about everything. They were both incredibly responsive to questions and their place was flawless. Great place

Clean, nicely decorated, cozy and all the little details to make it feel homey! 15 mins from BMT and close to downtown attractions. Quiet at night. Owners were very responsive to messages/questions. Directions were easy to follow and liked the ease of just being given a door code the day you arrive. They have all the appliances and things you need, washer and dryer. I was very impressed with what they had done to the place and the sitting area outside was nice at night to relax. Definitely would stay here again!

This is a quiet area. You will be close to downtown San Antonio.

Stand out from the rest? YES! why?because our vacation rental is very private. You will not have nosy neighbors. Why, because you are fenced off from the main house. Also you are not even facing the main house. You will be facing in the opposite direction. Total privacy with your own entrance! Not to mention we are very close to Riverside golfing facilities, Riverwalk/trails and great food.
