Everything went seamlessly with this stay. The host was excellent and patient with me asking questions prior to arrival and the home was as expected so we didn’t need them throughout the stay!!

Santa Rosa Condo

We enjoyed our stay! There was plenty of room for our large extended family. The property was clean and inviting. We loved the private beach access, which made it easy to come and go. We would recommend it to any large group. We made the best memories and can’t wait to do it again.

Dolphin Overlook

This is the second time we stayed at the property. This was a new management company. Their communication was great! The home was clean especially the kitchen appliances. The kitchen drawers and some of the dishes needed cleaning, but I’m thinking previous guests were part of the problem. I was a little surprised with a home that size, only one kitchen towel was provided and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. The communication informed us that there wouldn’t be enough supplies for the stay, but for the price of the home that seemed a little cheap not to furnish another roll of toilet paper.

The house was not clean at all. There is mold in the kitchen on several ceiling spots. We emptied the dehumidifier twice daily so there is obviously a humidity problem. The kitchen and living area is on the third floor. There is an elevator that has the breaker turned off so is not usable. You cannot use the garage because the garage door doesn’t work. The oven and stove has an awful gas smell when using. You cannot use either beach service Real Joy recommends because the house is not directly on the beach. The location is wonderful but house not worth what we paid.
