I am sorry you did not enjoy your stay. The reviews I have received are 5 star across the board on other sites. I tried my best to accommodate tour requests allowing you to park in The garage without an extra fee.. I believe you gave me this score because I gave you feedback that The house was left in bad shape with stains on linens and clothes and alcohol left behind. I had To replace towels, pay for extra cleaning fees and replace a bedspread.
