House Rules

- No Parties/Events
- No smoking inside ($500 smoking fee) Ozone detector measures smoke at every cleaning.
- No Tampering or Unplugging security systems (Minut, Vivint)
- No more than 20 people visiting on property at a time
- No fireworks within 300 feet of the property
- No weapons on property
- No commercial vehicles on the property.
- No noise or loud music during quiet hours 8pm-8am
- No going in the pool or enjoying the backyard 11pm-6am
- No pets unless pet fee ($150) is paid prior (If available at specific property)
- Parking only in our driveway (Fits 5 Cars)
- No Parking on street or in front of neighbor`s homes
- Inaccurate guest count
- If fire department or police are dispatched may result in reservation termination
- Any physical or verbal conflict with neighbors may result in reservation termination
- Any physical altercation on the property may result in reservation termination

Breaking any of the house rules gives the host the right to end the reservation and no refund will be given for the remaining days. These rules are in place for the safety of the guests, neighbors, and property. Please respect all house rules
