Please turn off the water located on the side of the house with the staircase leading to the crawl base. Shut off valve is immediately on the left. This only needs to be done in freezing temperatures.
Please take the trash with you as we do not have trash pickup in Westover. If this is not an option, pls take the trash to the side of the garage with the storage unit with 2 trash cans inside.

Our time at bayview was absolutely wonderful. To wake up with coffee in hand surrounded by nothing but what the eastern shore has to offer, you could not ask for anything better. Our little boys made the most of what the house had to offer. From crabbing and fishing on the dock to paddle boarding from the beach they were never bored. The house has everything you need from cleaning supplies, towels etc. Though there isn’t many things nearby, that’s the point. Bayview is a great escape from it all! Jennifer made the whole trip run smoothly from check in to check out. What a great host!

Wonderful place with a great view

Highly recommend, very communicative host, the place is better than shown. Great views, private boat slip. The community right next to it is nice with a little local pub.

This house was PERFECT! The accommodations were ideal, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was exceptionally well stocked, and there was an abundance of towels and linens. The excellent furnishings and attention to detail simply could not be captured in the photos.The property sits on a beautiful stretch of land that provides a remote, tranquil, and peaceful sense of privacy that is hard to match. The sandy beach offered endless hours of relaxation, while the safe and sturdy dock provided the perfect spot for seating, fishing, crabbing, and even docking a boat. With a mean low tide of only 3 feet, my pontoon floated easily.The house itself was absolutely spotless—not a speck of dust or dirt anywhere. Even the windows were crystal clear, which is especially impressive in a salt-air environment.The surrounding area is rustic and has a wonderful, authentic waterman culture. Just a couple of miles from the house is a free boat ramp and a FUN, Bahamas-looking pub called Pit & Pub. We had a blast there—actually, multiple blasts! The food was good, the refreshments were great, and the staff were terrific.And then there’s the host, Jen, who was simply magnificent. Her responses to any question were almost instantaneous, and she was always positive, helpful, and upbeat.We absolutely loved our stay and would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!

Beautifully situated and sited, great views and breezes. Well designed and appointed; who would ever want to leave?Jen is very much on top of the situation. The house has everything, and she is at the ready to ensure nothing lacks.We were hesitant due to price, but our expectations were exceeded, thank you Jen
