The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please lock the slider and return the key to the can on the plant stand on the front porch.
Please turn off the water located on the side of the house with the staircase leading to the crawl base. Shut off valve is immediately on the left. Thank you!
Please take the trash to the side of the garage with the storage unit with 2 trash cans inside. Please lock the lid to the storage unit our wildlife is very smart on Riverview Road!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please remove your shoes upon entering. It helps keep the sand and dirt out If you need to rinse off please use the hose on the front porch.
Please don't put food down the kitchen sink.

Wonderful place with a great view

Highly recommend, very communicative host, the place is better than shown. Great views, private boat slip. The community right next to it is nice with a little local pub.
