Welcome to "The Aqua III" a luxury Florida Resort Style condominium in Boynton Beach. Great space! Great Location! The beach is only 3/4 miles away!!
1 bedroom and 1 full size bathroom. The condo is fully equipped. Just bring your toothbrush and clothes. Nice living room with a sofa bed and large screen TV. WIFI and Highspeed internet are included. There is a quaint balcony overlooking the lagoon. There are plenty of amenities on the property with include: 2 resort tyle pools, Jacuzzi, state of the art fitness room, sauna, steam room, massage room, recreation room, pool table, putting green, 24 hour concierge, 24 hour security, a free assigned parking space, and valet parking. The beach is 3/4 miles from the condo. There is a Beach Cruiser Shuttle that can be called to take you to the beach or it is walking distance. Over 15 restaurants within walking distance and a marina with fun activities. Snorkeling, Fishing Boat rentals, wave runners and plenty more! This is "Resort Style " living for sure!

Tina was easy to communicate with. The apartment was just as described. Nice amenities. Comfortable. Felt like we were at home. Location is unbeatable. The condo was exactly what we wanted. The facility was clean and quiet. It was a nice 20 minute walk to the beach. The host was pleasant and was quick to respond to any question we had. We look forward to staying here again.

Very nice apartment, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and lovely view from the balcony. Although it was nice sitting around the pool area half of the pool and the hot tub area was closed for maintenance. There was also scaffolding in the lift area. We had some difficulty getting the code to get into the apartment at checkin but overall we had an enjoyable stay.

Evacuation from Hurricane Milton

We evacuated our home due to Hurricane Milton and found this place and we are so happy we did! The condo was lovely, and perfect for me and my husband. Kelli and Mike were so easy to communicate with if we needed anything, which we didn’t. I was in contact with them several times during the stay, but just because they were so gracious to offer great places for food and drink, and they checked in to see if we and our home was ok. There’s a great little French cafe and New York Pizza place downstairs and both were really good. CVS is just across the street if you forget to pack anything. The pools were great and there’s a gym onsite as well. The beach is very close too. We enjoyed the covered parking and ease of getting around. These owners have done everything right to ensure you have a great stay. This was the first time we’ve arrived at a condo and not had to run to the store to purchase soap, paper towels, toilet tissue, etc as all of those things were there for us. We were actually able to relax and unwind from the stressful day we had. Book this condo. You will not regret it.

The amenities here are incredible — one of the many reasons I love hosting at this property. I know the building inside and out, and it brings me joy to hear when guests enjoy their stay as much as I do.

I’m always available to answer any questions or assist you throughout your visit. The beach is gorgeous, and there are so many restaurants, cafés, and shops within walking distance. The location truly can’t be beat!
