The 2 and 5 freeway are only 4 mins away, getting you to the beach or the mountains in no time - perfect for getting around and exploring a new part of LA every day!

The size also makes it ideal for families, groups or room-shares, with dedicated workspaces.

The patio at the front of the house is ideal for outdoors work, a read or morning coffee and to oversee your kids playing on the lot while you relax.

The backyard runs between the side of the house and the property fence which is towered by majestic trees. This means that the yard is fully hidden from view and private, for your use only.

There is a newly refurbished family park right across the street, it is a favorite with guests with children. The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Treat home with respect & care. Air out bathrooms reg. Turn off A/C, heater, all lights & appliances incl. TV when leaving the house, even if just for a short time. Close windows & doors during use.
Dispose of trash properly. Trash needs to be put out on Monday night for Tuesday collection on the right hand side outside the gate. Adhere to quiet hours (10pm - 7am).
To book with/ a rating we ask for a copy of guest's ID. Host takes no liability for cars parked on the lot or any injuries occurred from improper use of house, garden, lot or negligence by the guest.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Everything you could need and want is right there, shops, restaurants, cafes, vintage stores, boutiques, bowling, cinemas, galleries, gyms, yoga and pilates studios and a variation of grocery stores from Whole Foods, Lassens, Traders Joe's to Vons and Super King. The closeness saves a lot of time for enjoyable activities and relaxing in the gorgeous home on this quiet street.

It is on a quiet, gated compound, with assigned parking, at the back of the lot, surrounded by trees in the back, giving it a country feeling while being right in the middle of this vibrant city's trendiest and most exciting neighborhoods and amenities.
