Come relax on the patio or enjoy a game of ping pong in the new game room! If you're looking for a relaxing place to get away, but still in close proximity to tons of amazing beaches, downtown Pensacola and lots of fun activities then this is where you should stay!

We chose this property largely because of the excellent prior reviews, especially those highlighting cleanliness, so we were disappointed to encounter several issues upon arrival.We found dirty dishes in the cupboard, burnt food left in a skillet, hair in the shower, trash under the sofa and buffet, sand spurs on the bed sheet and on the bathroom rug, and outlets in both bathrooms that did not work. There were also rotting pumpkins on the back porch and a large travel trailer parked in the front yard, which was unexpected.We reported these concerns during our stay, and the host was apologetic, thanked us for bringing them to their attention, and assured us that this was not typical and would be addressed for future guests. We appreciated the host’s responsiveness and communication.While the price and location were good, the condition of the property did not match our expectations based on previous reviews. We hope the issues we experienced are corrected for future guests.
