Enjoy outdoor living on the front or back decks or on the riverbank patio.
Cozy up next to the fireplace or take a relaxing bath in the claw foot tub.
Enjoy s’mores in the outdoor fire pit or throw some burgers on the Weber grill.
4 kayaks, life jackets, Corn Hole, Ladder ball and Croquet are at your disposal.
Fish for Northern, Catfish, Bass and Carp right off the bank in the backyard.
Catch a glimpse of our resident wildlife- Bald Eagles, Osprey, Ducks, Geese, Blue Heron, and turtles just to name a few.
Extra sanitizing precautions are taken between guests.

Cancellation Policy:
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in
If guests cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, guest will receive a 50% refund for all nights
If guests cancel less than 7 days before check-in, guest will receive 0% for all nights
Guests can also receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in

Beautiful view right on the river

Property was clean and just as depicted in the listing. We enjoyed the back yard this is right on the river and my grand children had fun fishing there. I would recommend this property to other looking for a nice place in Momence to stay.

This place was amazing! We had everything we needed and our host went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The attention to detail here to ensure that we felt at home was incredible. Our host was communicative, hospitable and kind. The neighborhood is great - stop at Richard's tap!

This is a Bright and Comfortable Home

Very comfortable. Full Amenities, (claw tub is wonderful), nice open floor plan, and very comfortable beds. Much Appreciated. Lounging indoors or out..we were cozy. Ideal for seniors, close to town. Hosts are great! Welcoming and highly accommodating. We will be returning.

When we walked in to this property we fell in love. Absolutely beautiful, loved the kitchen, the living area, the bedrooms. But the view of the river was phenomenal, sitting out on the deck or the patio down below, it was exactly what we were looking for. We have stayed at many VRBO’s but this one we rate T the top. Well stocked kitchen with utensils and pans plates, everything you could need. So comfortable, we travel with our best friends and we all said hands down the house was the most comfortable we have ever stayed at. Our in laws live in a nearby town and came for dinner and they were amazed at this house. They asked if we would come back again and hands down we said yes! The communication with the hosts was awesome, they really reach out and make sure you have a great stay. I would recommend this to anyone!!
