The space features two king beds and one trundle with 2 twin beds, perfect for families or groups. With two bathrooms, guests can enjoy the convenience of a refreshing shower and a hair dryer. The house stays comfortable year-round thanks to air conditioning and heating. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring or preparing a meal, this brilliant home offers a nice balance of comfort and ease. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our house.

The pictures do not do this cute home justice. The decor was my favorite. It felt like we were staying with family. The lake access and fishing pier are a short stroll down the road. You can hear people on the lake through the trees and see it slightly as you sit on the porch. A lot of the neighbors drove around on golf carts and all very friendly. It’s close to everything which was a huge plus. The host responded quickly and very attentive throughout. We hope to be back soon!

Simmons Shores community is very convenient to local activities, marinas, and restaurants. The community is mainly full time residents.

What makes this property unique

Property backs up to corp land. The lake road runs behind my house to the boat ramp and fishing pier. Lots of activity on the lake road.
