Luxury condo with beach access

Enjoy the serenity of the sea from this charming apartment with panoramic ocean views from our balcony.
Equipped with amenities and a privileged location, this space is ideal for romantic getaways or family vacations.

It is located within La Jolla del Mar, a complex of apartments and villas which has 24/7 security.

The condo is located on the first floor.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and full bathroom with tub.
The secondary bedroom has two single beds.
The sofa in the living room converts into a sofa bed and sheets and blankets are provided for your use.

It also has a fully equipped kitchen and laundry center.
Our favorite place is the balcony overlooking the pool and the Pacific Ocean.
We have WIFI, 2 smart TVs with cable, an Alexa speaker so you can listen to your own music, videogames console, board games, beach chairs and pool towels.

Includes access to 1 vehicle.
The maximum is 6 people per condominium. (Include kids and adults)
Visitors are not accepted.
In main gate, security guard will be provided with a bracelet to each person to have access to the pool and beach area to each guest.

24/7 security, feel calm, the parking is inside the resort.
Other things to note
We are located near restaurants, cafes, gas stations and self-service stores.

5 minutes by car from the center of Rosarito and less than 1 hour from Valle de Guadalupe.

Property was beautiful, awesome view and amazing stay. One of the most comfortable beds we have had, we ended up buying a new bed set because of how nice and comfortable it was. Definitely will stay here again.

2nd time in a month

This is the second time we have been here in a month. First time just my wife and I, this time we brought the kiddos. Great place, very clean and comfortable. The most comfortable bed we have found in a rental. We will be back.
