The property was just as listed, maybe even better. The house was clean and everything we needed was provided. The grandkids loved the pool and the patio area. The view of the lake was beautiful and an easy stroll to the bank. The hosts were so gracious and friendly. I would definitely book this property again.

Highly recommend this property for your next lake house getaway. The space was perfect and well laid out. The pool was beautiful and provided a nice place to relax after a day out on the water. Access to the lake is in the backyard. It's a trek to get down and back, but the walk is beautiful and there a places along the way that provide a little retreat from the hike. The house was clean, in very nice condition and had everything you need to make your time there unforgettable. The host was responsive and helpful.

We rented this house for a family get together in July. We enjoyed swimming in the pool, fishing in the lake, grilling on the deck and playing in the spacious yard. The gardens were beautiful and well maintained. Sam was super accommodating and responsive!

Wonderful vacation at the lake! Have been renting houses on Guntersville Lake for several years and this is the absolute best! The price is excellent, I have paid much more for less impressive rentals. The host is a great guy too! Sam told us about a great fishing spot which produced several large bass. I highly recommend this rental and plan to stay again next June!

We rented the house for out of state family for my daughters graduation. It was perfect!! And Sam is the sweetest and easiest property owner to work with!!!

In the 90's I was working as a factory outlets leasing agent and Boaz Alabama was fast becoming the top outlet center in the country so after living in Lake Tahoe for 15 years I decided with some persuasion from my son that it was time to relocate. Looking back there was a sign coming down the Mountain that said it best "Lake Guntersville one look and you're hooked" I will always remember the sign coming down the mountain into Guntersville and after spending less than a month in North east Alabama I returned to California for the birth of my daughter it was then that my Son Jesse Lee continued to ask if we could still go fishing in Alabama we loaded up and with a 1 month old baby girl and headed to Lake Guntersville

This lake Guntersville lakefront property has tropical landscaping with hundreds of Banana trees and other tropical trees that are one of the highlights of the property along with the two swimming pools and two boat docks and boat houses sitting in the city of Guntersville but IS OPEN WITH TOTAL SUNLIGHT from the swimming pools. This is A LAKEFRONT PROPERTY IN THE Middle of where everything's happening you can drive to three grocery stores within five minutes and all the restaurants are within a five minute drive ftom this l Lake Guntersville estate
