We always encourage guests to reach out to us during their stay so we can provide immediate support - we would have happily jumped in to help in any way we can and offer tips to maximize comfort. Being a vintage 1970s A-frame, heat naturally rises in peak summer heat; we recommend that our guests power on the upstairs A/C unit right upon arrival to keep the entire space cool. Additionally, while the lake trail is outside our property lines and beyond our direct control, we'll certainly share your notes about the overgrown path with the community.
