Guests to the resort will enjoy access to indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, fitness room, and a clubhouse. In addition, you’ll find yourself adjacent to the gorgeous Thousand Hills Golf Resort where you can work on your swing while surrounded by the lush and remarkable scenery of the Ozarks. No matter if you choose to spend your days walking the bustling street of downtown shopping, dining, and enjoying the variety of live music, on the water or the shores of stunning Table Rock Lake, or pairing education with entertainment at the Aquarium, it’s all within easy reach.



The home’s bright and stylish interior showcases tall ceilings sitting atop open spaces designed to maximize your downtime, accompanied by comfortable furnishings and nature-chic décor. The spacious living room offers plush sofa and armchair seating along with a smart TV for streaming movies and episodes of all your favorite shows. A sliding glass door opens out onto the ground-floor patio, a serene spot for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening cocktail. THINGS TO NOTE:

• This is a 1st floor, walk down unit with 16 steps required.

• Lot parking available for 2 vehicles on a first come, first served basis.

• Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

• This home is pet-friendly. A maximum of 1 dog, 25 lbs or less, may be brought to this home. If you are bringing a pet, the required pet fee is $125.

• The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
