In addition to onsite pool access, you’re only minutes from Table Rock Lake, and Fall Creek Marina is even within easy walking distance!



Enjoy quality time with your family and friends in the home, which offers a spacious open concept living area. Cozy up on the sectional sofa while watching movies on the smart TV. Steps away, use the fully equipped kitchen to prepare delicious drinks and meals for lively dinner parties, or casual bites to enjoy at your leisure! You have two dining spaces to share memorable meals: one inside at the table set for 4, and the other, another table set for 4 on the balcony where you can dine in the fresh Ozark air.



This home sleeps 5 guests between 2 private bedrooms.



- Bedroom #1 has a set of bunk beds with a full size bed on bottom and twin size bed on top. This room has Jack and Jill access to a full bathroom with dual sinks and shower/tub combo.

- Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed, tv, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

- Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

- This is a walk-up unit to top floor requiring the use of 16 stairs to reach entrance

- Washer and dryer in unit.

- 2 unassigned parking spaces are available.

- Outdoor pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

• Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

- No boat or trailer parking per HOA.
