We’re ideally located—just 5 minutes to Table Rock Lake and 8 minutes to the popular 76 Strip, putting you right between Branson’s best outdoor adventures and top attractions. Plus, Starbucks is right in the same parking lot, so you can grab your favorite coffee before heading out for the day. This is the perfect place to relax and explore, with the pool just steps away—you can even see it directly from the comfort of our covered, screened-in patio, less than 30 feet from your door. You’ll also have access to a second pool in the nearby Wyndham units.

This home comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests between two private bedrooms and a queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a king-size bed, TV, patio access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #2 features a king-size bed, TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

- 1 unassigned parking, first come first serve

- Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

- The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

- Pools, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, whether you're making breakfast before heading out or winding down with a home-cooked dinner.

One thing to note, this is a ground-level unit, you have two options to access the property, you could utilize the stairs in front of the condo, or you could take the sidewalk to the left of the building making stairs not required.
