Home was everything described and seen in the pictures! Immaculate. Great location. Lots of restaurants nearby. Well maintained. Beautiful private pool. Just about everything we needed was provided by the home owner! Even down to the shampoo! Definitely will stay here again if we get the chance.

I gave it four stars for the beautiful house and area. Unfortunately when we arrived for an early check in that was appreciated the house seemed lightly cleaned the kitchen garbage was full and the outside garbage also. Pool was cloudy but being attended too. Floors felt sandy and still dirty trash left in the pool area also.

The house is as advertised. Great indoor/outdoor living and entertaining areas. Perfect for kids and adults alike. 5 minute walk to the beach. What was most surprising was the quality of restaurants in the area, food was delicious and did nor come with they typical high beach prices.

Perfect Family Getaway with an Amazing Pool & Top-Notch Hospitality!

We had an amazing stay at this property in Ft. Pierce! It was perfect for our family of four with kids under 12. The house was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with plenty of towels, linens, and dishes. You can tell it’s well taken care of, and we later learned it was a custom build in 2015—so it still has that fresh, newer feel.The layout was great, with plenty of space. The kids’ room with bunk beds was on the opposite side of the house from the master, giving everyone a little extra privacy. The laundry room was also spacious and spotless, which was a nice bonus.One of the best parts of our stay was the pool and spa area—we spent most of our time there! The pool and deck were super clean and inviting, with lots of seating and plenty of pool toys for the kids. The screened enclosure was a great touch, keeping bugs out so we could fully relax.Ryan, the property manager, was fantastic—responsive, helpful, and full of great recommendations. When we accidentally locked ourselves out, he was there in no time to help us out.We absolutely loved our short stay and would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-appointed, and relaxing getaway. We’d definitely book again!

Amenities & host- when we arrived the heater for the pool & hot tub was not working. We immediately told the host who informed the pool service. We arrived on Monday, the pool company came Wednesday but needed a part. They then showed up late Thursday to install that part, but the pool & hot tub never became tempered to use. We had children with us that could not use the pool. We tried to use it on our last day but it was still too cold. One of the key reasons we picked a place with a pool and paid more money than a place without a pool was for these amenities. We notified the contact person who said they would contact the owner as they felt we should get a refund and would let us know how much. I have contacted them twice, which have gone unresponded. Our trip was in November so they have had plenty of time to get back to us regarding our refund. Feeling ignored by Ryan and the host! Based on our experience we would not recommend renting this place.
