Enjoy this newly remodeled Santa Fe home. As you arrive, you will feel the essence of the Santa Fe community & culture in this charming neighborhood. Whatever brings you to Santa Fe (wish to explore the city, just have a good time and enjoy nightlife, cultural events, business, or any other reason), the location of the Home makes it your perfect choice!

The space
Our home boasts a fully equipped kitchen. You will have the ability to cook any meal you desire with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, alongside all cookware, utensils, dishes & glasses. The dining table is the perfect place to eat before venturing out into Santa Fe. Head out and wander through the nearby farmers’ market and pick up local ingredients to later craft a meal in the fully stocked kitchen.

Our home has 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms with the ability to sleep up to 4 guests. One bedroom has a king-sized bed. The other bedroom has a queen-sized bed. Both have luxurious sheets, & cozy pillows with a restful décor to ensure a relaxing stay. Both rooms have a smart TV. Both bathrooms highlight plush towels, & complimentary shampoo, conditioner, & body wash along with basic toiletry needs. Awake refreshed and ready for a day exploring Santa Fe.

Walk out to the backyard, and pour a glass of wine, gather with your group, and unwind and relax after a busy day whether it is work or play.

Other things to note
I wanted to highlight a few things to you prior to me accepting your booking request. [1] While we allow dogs (and we have dogs ourselves), we request that you do not allow your dog to sleep on the beds. If you typically sleep with your dog, we would appreciate if you booked another home instead. [2] The carport is currently being used to store the owner's car. Therefore, you will need to park in the driveway (which is uncovered). [3] The basement and backyard are currently under construction (when there is no guest staying). No work will be done during your stay, so you will not be disturbed. However, the basement is locked, and the backyard is not completed. [4] We have a camera facing the driveway. Besides that, camera, there are no other cameras on the property. [5] There is no Washer/Dryer available for use.

We use VRBO fairly often when we travel and, on the whole, have always had good luck and great hosts. I do have to say that Shane was the best host by far. So responsive and easy to work with, kept us posted, and seemed to be available when we needed him. We were emailed an itinerary before our trip. Really, really wonderful!!

We stayed for 2.5 weeks and had a fantastic experience in every way. This is a great home: spacious, well-appointed, very comfortable, and beautiful. It's in a great location -- a 5 or 6 minute drive to the Plaza and Canyon Road, and easily walkable (25-ish minutes). And the neighborhood is wonderful, safe and great for walking. Best of all, the host is extremely responsive and communicative and was determined to make our stay the best. And the price is very reasonable for similar Santa Fe properties. We can't recommend this home highly enough. We will absolutely stay here on our future trips to Santa Fe

Excellent!!!

The property was clean, cozy, and exactly as pictured and described. Communication with property management was incredibly prompt and courteous. After a 12 hour drive to Santa Fe, it felt great to be able to rest in such comfortable beds. The home has a fully stocked kitchen and a roomy living room. It is also conveniently located close to the Santa Fe Plaza, Railyard Park, and a Whole Foods Market. There is also a beautiful park located less than a block away. We will be returning to Santa Fe and staying here.
