Perfect for fishing, hunting, festivals, or simply unwinding, our abode offers all you could desire. The vistas of Matagorda Bay are breathtaking, while the televisions and Wi-Fi ensure connectivity to the world beyond. Boasting 3 bedrooms and additional sleeping arrangements (2 queen beds, 2 bunk beds, and 1 futon), there's ample space for guests to unwind, including a jetted bathtub for peak relaxation. A washer and dryer are at your disposal, and a golf cart is available (additional fee applies). Outdoor furniture, a BBQ pit, and a handy outdoor fridge for drinks are provided for your enjoyment. A memorable experience awaits at our beachside retreat!

Please return the golf cart to the garage and be sure to secure the lock on the door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Do not take the indoor furniture outside.
Quiet time after midnight. Neighbors are full-time residents.
Do not trespass on neighbor's property.

Birthday/crawfish festival trip.

The property was small, but nice. VRBO advertisement stated 4 bedrooms, but was actually three with hallway bunks. The game room was a hit with the kids, and location was good.

Everything about the Kingfisher Beach House in POC was perfect! Our Family loved spending time together relaxing, cooking, & taking in the views. The kitchen was perfect for cooking, the living area with the awesome sectional couch comfy, bedrooms and hallway bunks comfortable, & the outdoor seating wonderful for visiting. Grea trip. The property is located close the beach, fishing pier and boat ramp. Delightful view of the beach/bay from the the upper balcony and place to park a trailered boat. Despite Port O'conner being best known for sport fishing-centric versus other TX coastal towns like Port-A or Galveston, this particular property is very nice and close to activities for those who may not be there just to fish. Host was very responsive and property was clean.
