When renting this villa, you can request a full service for an additional fee. This includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner, all prepared by professional chefs. We also offer nanny and massage services.

Location
You are going to experience complete privacy – as the property is located in a gated community with 24/7 guards and full security. Set in the hills and bordered by the Costa Rican jungle, the private driveway and security gate bring you into this beautiful property. Villa Bianca is located 115 meters above sea level in one of the most beautiful areas of Guanacaste, and right in the middle in one of the five Blue Zones on this planet. The quiet and unspoiled beaches of San Juanillo (rated from Conde Nast traveler as 10 most beautiful beaches worldwide) is only a 15-minute drive. Villa Bianca’s charm is it’s more remote location from other tourist destinations, which provides a peaceful and serene escape from the business and hurry of our modern lives.

The Liberia International Airport is 1.5 hours away and the famous town of Nosara is 30 minutes away. Nosara is a well-known surfing, yoga, and healing/wellness destination. There you will find many fabulous restaurants and bars, and a buzzing nightlife to discover. Four of the most beautiful beaches: Playa San Juanillo, Playa Ostional, Playa Marbella and Playa Azul can be reached in 15 to 30 minutes. Playa Ostional is only 10 minutes from the property, and it is a world famous nesting site for the Olive Ridley sea turtles where you may be lucky enough to experience the natural phenomenon of an “Arribada” from August to December, when a mass nesting of thousands of turtles can occur. Nesting can occur throughout the year, but typically only a few turtles a night might be seen during the dry season from February to May.

Sleeping
Villa Bianca has integrated indoor and outdoor living spaces, perfect for big families or groups of friends. With 6,000 sq. ft. of exquisite luxurious living space, this five-bedroom villa offers much more than breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean. The home boasts privacy and spreads out on three levels. On the first-level there is one fully equipped Master bedroom. This spacious bedroom has a king-size bed, closet, en-suite bathroom and separate toilet.

The second level leads you to four more bedrooms. There are two spacious primary en-suite master bedrooms with balconies providing ocean views, private bathrooms, and walk-in closets. There is a third primary en-suite bedroom with jungle views. The spacious bedrooms come with king-size beds, closets, bathrooms, and separate toilets. Families travelling with kids will be delighted as the fourth bedroom has two twin bunkbeds capable of sleeping four. The spectacular space is perfect for children or young adults and is complete with built-in wardrobes and ample storage.

All four primary master bedrooms are equipped with luxurious oversized showers with rain style shower heads, and breathtaking views of the ocean or jungle. As a surprise for the children there is also a small playground right in front of the house with a slide and play equipment.

Living space
The Villa is designed with modern features and carefully decorated to offer comfort and coziness. The whole house is equipped with central air conditioning, a rare feature in Costa Rica, and Starlink provides the home with high speed Wi-Fi access. The floor plan is open and airy, with walls of sliding glass that allow the perfect blend of indoor/outdoor entertainment and living. Enjoy your breakfast on the terrace in the company of breathtaking panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and jungle, or sit in the pool and observe monkeys and birds in the trees above. The Villa is ready for spectacular moments you will never forget.

Villa Bianca comes fully equipped with a kitchen, laundry room, housekeeping (on request-separate payment), and multiple balconies with comfortable outdoor furniture to watch for wildlife and soak in the beauty fauna, which surrounds the home. The living and dining areas are integrated into the spacious kitchen, with an island and top-quality appliances, including a refrigerator with water filter, ice, gas-stove, electric oven, and dishwasher, etc. The home is also equipped with a whole-house water filter. When mealtimes come around, the kitchen has everything you’ll need to whip up tasty meals, and an outdoor gas grill awaits by the pool for more casual cookouts in the salty air.

The common area opens to a large covered patio that features a dining area integrating both common spaces. We have a full-size outdoor dining table, which is equipped with ten formal chairs, as well as formal indoor dining, which can easily host ten people as well. In front of this space, you will find the new outdoor infinity pool surrounded by beautiful tropical gardens with views of the ocean. An outdoor shower is available for your comfort. Not to mention, there will be no better way to end each day than a soak in the jacuzzi!

The property is almost a full acre of well-maintained landscaping, lush gardens, palms, trees, and a vegetable garden. There are assorted fruit trees throughout the property including: banana, lime, and mango. Several spacious patios offer various spots to enjoy the surrounding natural beauty, making every moment spent outdoors special. Enjoy your breakfast on the terrace in the company of breathtaking panoramic views of the jungle and Pacific Ocean or watch the incredible sunsets from the privacy of your own bedroom balconies as you immerse yourselves in Guanacaste culture and nature.

Booking / Services
There is a 4-day minimum booking, and we offer special prices for monthly stays. In peak season from December 15 th to January 15 th is a minimum stay of 7 days requested. The five-bedroom Villa can sleep a maximum of twelve people. We do not provide rentals for weekends only. We highly recommend a 4-wheel drive vehicle during your stay.

The knowledgeable and attentive property manager is only 10 minutes away, and is easily accessible through WhatsApp to help with any questions, reservations, and helpful hints to ensure the most enjoyable time at Villa Bianca. The service here is comparable to a high-end concierge service at a five-star hotel. If you prefer, a private chef, musician or DJ it can be arranged for your enjoyment. You will receive detailed directions to the Villa, and/or a shuttle booking from the nearest international airport in Liberia. You will also receive a list of the supermarkets, bars, restaurants, and activities nearby. You can also start your vacation with a fully stocked fridge if you choose to send a list of groceries.

We help you to make reservations for restaurants, activities, or tours that you might like to book, and will have a lot of helpful tips and recommendations to make your stay unforgettable. The cost of extra services and activities are not included in the base nightly rate and must be paid in full prior to their receipt.

You may spend your days savoring the peace and serenity of the house or might decide to venture out to discover more Costa Rican adventures. From canopy tours or horseback riding in the wild, fishing, catamaran tours, turtle watching, surfing or relaxing on the beach, your stay at Villa Bianaca will be a favorite destination.

The home is also thoroughly inspected at check out, is professionally cleaned before every stay, and our management has adopted enhanced cleaning protocols to provide a superior level of cleanliness and comfort for your arrival.
