The Lafayette Lounger Unit B, King Bed, Arcade Games

Welcome to the Lafayette Lounger Unit B. This side-by-side duplex is less than 1 mile to downtown Ottawa. This home sleeps 6, and includes a king bed, two twin beds, and a sofa sleeper. Enjoy your morning coffee outside on the front porch. Enjoy movies on the Roku TV, playing Pacman, or one of 14 other games on our classic arcade machine. There is a washer/ dryer available for use as well.

This home is a side-by-side duplex, being roughly 1200 square feet total. It offers a full-sized kitchen, with everything needed to cook a family dinner. Beautifully remodeled full bathroom. An additional shower in laundry room as well. We offer a king size bed and two twin beds with ample storage for clothes and a dedicated work space for traveling workers. In the living room we offer a queen sized pull out couch with the Roku TV, an Arcade machine with 14 built in games.

*Please note this is a duplex, you may have neighbors next to you. You may here these neighbors occasionally through the walls.*

**We are also located within half a mile of active train tracks, so there will be train noise. We provide ear plugs, a noise machine, and rotating fans for anyone sensitive to the noise.**

We love sharing our home with all our guests. However, due to prior disrespectful renters and property damage we will only accept booking requests from:
-- Renters who are above the age of 25.
--Renters who will be staying during the reservation and are not booking for someone else.
--Renters who have less than 5 star reviews.
