4813 estribor fue construido en 2008. La casa es fabuloso y haría un gran vacaciones de llegar a un camino para que coincidiera con su actividad de Notre Dame. Es una versión contemporánea del estilo artesanal con un plan "abierto" que se presta perfectamente a entretenida .. Hay 2.500 pies cuadrados en la planta principal y aproximadamente 2,000 pies cuadrados en el nivel de walk-out acabado inferior. Características de nivel principales incluyen una suite de lujo, 2 dormitorios de invitados unidas por un Jack y Jill baño, una sala de polvo, lavadero, pisos de bambú, techos altos, chimenea, cocina gourmet y mucho más. Hay grandes espacios interiores y exteriores para el entretenimiento y relax que incluye una gran terraza abierta y un acogedor porche. Hay un patio cubierto en el grado de la sala de familia de nivel inferior, y un patio con un pozo de fuego junto a la playa. We were a group of 8 who were in town to golf both in South Bend and Benton Harbor. The home was perfect for us. We especially appreciated the chairs around the fire pit and the beautiful view from the deck. There was plenty of space for us to spread out and to gather. We'll definitely be back if we ever have the opportunity!

The host was great! Super flexible when changes to our schedule came up, checked on us when we arrived to make sure things were good. Our group of 15 family members stayed for a Notre Dame Game weekend and we had a great time! The house was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. We loved being on the lake and it was great proximity to the campus. Our host was great!

This house was beautiful and very convenient to get to Notre Dame stadium. There were plenty of supplies in the kitchen and ample room for our entire group; adults and kids were very comfortable. The gathering spaces outside and hot tub were a nice touch!

Home Away From Home

We loved our stay!! Perfect for the family to gather and celebrate our ND graduate! Location 18 minutes from campus, plus close to the highway, a Meijer and a couple of gas stations. House was well laid out with plenty of room, but our favorite spot was the outdoor deck!

Awesome house and location

The house and location were perfect. We came in for a Notre Dame football game with my brothers and sisters and the house worked out awesome. I have been to probably 100 ND games and never knew about this neighborhood / house.

I can't say enough good things about this property or Joe, the owner. It was everything we had hoped for and more. Beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood on a lake. It was close enough to the Notre Dame campus that we could be there in less than 20 minutes. I have stayed at many VRBO properties over the years, and I would rate this as the best overall! Congratulations to Joe on having such a beautiful home? We are thankful to have found it for our football weekend!

Fantastic Home in a great location!

The house was perfect for my extended family. Plenty of room and beds to accommodate everyone. The home is located on a small lake with relaxing views. The home was everything we needed. We will rent it again for a large ND reunion football game.

Perfect Stay

We had an amazing stay at Joseph’s house for graduation. Lots of room for our big group to spread out, all essentials were provided, great communication and just an absolutely beautiful location. We enjoyed the hot tub and the deck overlooking the lake so much. Towels and linens were great quality and everyone slept comfortably in all the beds. This perfect house and absolutely beautiful weather made graduation weekend extra special!!

Families to ND for Football Weekend

The house was great, perfect to share between two families. It was so much nicer than a hotel to be able to put the kids to bed and then relax with our friends comfortably. And the house is absolutely beautiful! The location was great, we got out of the post-game traffic pretty quickly and it was a fast ride home after that. The owner was very accomodating and helpful with info on area restaurants and grocery stores.

ND Visit Made Easy

This lake home and our experience there was fantastic! We had family and friends (including us) flying in to attend a Notre Dame football game and this was the perfect place to meet for dinner following the game. The kitchen is well equipped and there’s plenty of seating overlooking the beautiful lake. The home was new and clean and the owner very friendly and gracious. We will definitely return!

Great spot for families

We stayed here with a few families for an ND football game - great space for a large crew with plenty of beds, close enough drive to campus in a very nice neighborhood. Kids loved the basement ping pong and foosball. Was a cold weekend so didn't take advantage of the fishing/paddleboat/fire pit but those would be fun. Joe was very organized and responsive, big thumbs up!

Home was clean and spacious; really enjoyed the relaxing views after busy days. Screen Porch was great space to end & start the day.Easy, clear, friendly communication on entry and leaving. Quick to respond to questions. Appreciated well equipped kitchen and use of basic necessities; coffee and water appreciated. Beds were very comfortable.Drive to ND was easy & took approximately 20 minutes. Enjoyed celebrating our ND graduates commencement in this beautiful home. Quiet location too!:)

Amazing weekend

We went to South Bend for the game va Ohio State! This house exceeded our expectations in every way and we definitely got more bang for our buck! The only regret we have is that we didn’t have more time to enjoy the home. The owner had great communication and was a great sport when one of travelers left Buckeye nuts around the house. Great weekend making amazing memories.

Perfect Retreat for Graduation Weekend 2017

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful, clean and spacious home, during the 2017 Notre Dame graduation weekend. There were three sets of parents and three teens, and this home provided enough beds and bathrooms to accommodate all of us. We made good use of the kitchen, grill, foosball table and ping pong table. The layout of the house allowed us to gather on the main floor for meals or conversation while others enjoyed the games on the lower level. The owner was easy to work with and gave us all the information we needed to have an enjoyable stay. We would definitely recommend this rental.

Great Place for Multi-Family or Group Stay

This place is roomie and well-maintained, offering lots of space for a large group to comfortably hang out upstairs, downstairs and outside. My son and I took in a Notre Dame game with friends and family and enjoyed the water views, grilling and hanging outside by the fire pit as well as the ping pong and foosball amenities. While the location is not walking distance to campus, it's very easy to get to and from the action given the close proximity to the main highway. The owner was responsive and communicated well before, during, and after our weekend at the property. I'd definitely stay here again for a big game weekend with friends.

Beautiful house

I definitely recommend this home! Our son got married at the Morris Estates in Niles Michigan. This home provided the perfect location for us, the grandparents and some extended family to stay for the weekend. Spacious and very quiet with ample room for family and friends to occasionally gather and pay their respects as they arrived in the area. Relatives from Maryland and England were coming here for the wedding and it was so fantastic to be able to get together for happy hellos in a home and not a hotel! The owner has taken such care in making sure his guests are comfortable. The house is beautiful , well cared for and practically perfect in every way. The house layout is well thought out as well. Three bedrooms and bathrooms on the main floor along with ample seating and an open kitchen allowed the grandparents to feel like they were hosting everyone in their own homes. There are even 2 porches to choose from for morning coffee! It was peaceful and quiet and the lake is an added bonus - very serene! Although we don’t anticipate another wedding in the area anytime soon, I definitely would choose to stay here again! The owner was so thoughtful and even sent his best wishes to us on the wedding day. We had a fantastic time and made many wonderful memories. Thank you Joe; you have a wonderful home and we wish you all the best!
