This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1600 square foot, end unit, ground floor, beach front condo is situated on a pristine powdery white beach only minutes from George Town and the airport. As this complex is mostly residential it is quiet and secluded away from from the hustle and bustle of Seven Mile Beach but with a beach equally comparable, making Coral Bay Village the best of both worlds. If you enjoy snorkeling this is an ideal location with a fabulous reef near by. There is a fresh water pool and tennis court directly across the road from the complex available for your use. There is nothing more relaxing than the sound of the waves gentle breaking on the reef whilst sitting in shade of a palm tree. With Seven Mile Beach and George Town just minutes away you can dine at one of the many restaurants, enjoy the buzzing night life at a varied choice of bars or spend your day wandering around the gift or jewellery shops. Remember to bring your camera to capture the spectacular view of the shimmering sea that you have from your spacious screened porch. Imagine each morning ambling along the beach, finding shells with the sea lapping at your toes. Feel yourself becoming an islander as your slip into the easy island pace of life and coin the local phrase 'soon come'. You don't need a watch, you don't have a schedule, switch off your phone and bury your feet in the soft cool sand, you have arrived in paradise. Perfect for us

The apartment was perfect for us. It was clean, right on the beach with everything needed for considering it a home away from home during our holiday. I do recommend renting a car so you can move around and be able to go to the grocery store to get your food. We were two adults and two children. The beach is perfect for children to play outside while you can just relax on a beach chair. We had our breakfast and dinner at the apartment and had a few lunches out. We really enjoyed the time we spent here and would highly recommend this property to friends and family or anyone considering it.

Perfect in every way

This is a beautiful first floor apartment with a lanai that opens directly onto the beach. It is part of the Coral Bay Condominiums, and is the best unit in this quiet residential complex. It is very spacious, comfortable, and well equipped with everything that is needed to make guests feel "at home." We have been to Grand Cayman about eight or nine times, and have usually stayed in the Rum Point area to escape the crowds common to seven mile beach. Little did we know we could accomplish the same thing by staying only 12 minutes' drive away from Georgetown here in Spotts Bay! The beach outside our back door was completely private- just as beautiful as seven mile, but the difference being we never saw more than eight people on the entire beach. Our end unit was very quiet, as there is only vacant property next door.

Our host, Amini Awe, was a complete delight to deal with. She checked in with us a number of times to make sure we were comfortable, and was incredibly quick to resolve any issues that arose. For example, when a minor problem came up with the dryer- she offered to personally pick up our clothes and dry them at her home! In addition, she also made sure a repairman showed up within a half hour of learning about the problem. Clearly she goes above and beyond to make sure her quests are well taken care of.

We feel we have finally found the perfect place to stay on Grand Cayman, and look forward to contacting Amini again the next time we are able to vacation on this amazing island.

Niagara on the lake

Beautifully located condo

The condo is wonderfully situated, step out of the covered lanai to a beautifully kept beach. Sit on a sunlounger under a palm tree and enjoy the vista before you, before taking a dip in the inviting clear ocean !

The condo is clean and has generous sized rooms, with everything you may need for your stay including a kitchen with plenty of utensils, crockery and cutlery, hairdryers, beach towels and lots of swimming masks, flippers and toys for younger children too.

The owner is very easy to deal with and the condo is a real home from home with grocery stores and take out restaurants no more than 5 minutes away.

We have just had our second visit to this condo and can't wait to return.

When booking this property you can feel secure in the knowledge that you are booking through an owner who has been renting the property for the last 5 years. This property is licensed and inspected by The Cayman Islands Department of Tourism which is a legal requirement. Upon booking I will provide you with a confirmation of your booking with all the details of your bookings and the property. If you are a newcomer to the island I will meet you at the airport and guide you to the condo.

What makes this condo unique

This condo offers you your own personal property manager that is a local and knows the activities to enjoy while visiting the island.


Car: recommended

This quiet condo complex is located in a residential area called Spotts, which is just a 15 min drive from the airport and a 10 min drive to town. The beach is comparable to the famous Seven Mile Beach with it's soft white powdery sand under foot contrasting with the aquamarine Caribbean Sea. There is a reef close by so this is an ideal location for snorkeling. As it is predominately a residential area it is quieter than Seven Mile so you can relax on this stunning beach without all the hustle and bustle.

This particular condo is a beach front ground floor end unit, so it is very private. Enjoy your breakfast on the veranda with a view that is second to none. It is a fully equipped condo including separate bath and beach towels. There will be basic provisions of trash bags, soap, washing liquid, bathroom tissue etc, at the condo to last a day or two until you can get to the grocery store. You will also have your own property manager should you need her, on call to you 24/7 during your stay. During business hours Cayman Villas will be happy to assist you with concierge information and answer any questions you might have about the island or property. As this condo is owned by local Caymanians they will be happy to help with suggestions for restaurants and activities.
