Experimente la paz al entrar en esta unidad frente al mar en la planta baja. Disfrute de los muebles informales del Caribe en este apartamento de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños. Esto tiene todas las comodidades para que sus vacaciones sean cómodas y agradables.

Hay una cama king en el dormitorio principal y 2 gemelos en la habitación de invitados. La cocina está equipada con todos los utensilios de cocina, vajilla, cristalería y cubiertos necesarios. El salón tiene un gran televisor LCD y TV en el dormitorio principal. Para su comodidad, hay una lavadora y secadora en la unidad con un montón de ropa de cama y toallas de playa. Una limpieza a mitad de semana refrescará el condominio!

Abre tu puerta y estás a pasos de la playa y del Mar Caribe. Hay una playa de arena blanca en polvo con excelente snorkeling junto a la playa. The Wreck of the Gamma es un baño corto desde el condominio. ¡Allí encuentras una abundancia de vida marina!

Puede caminar a una multitud de restaurantes que satisfarán todos los gustos y presupuestos. La compra de comestibles es un paseo muy corto del condominio. Incluso podemos organizar que sus alimentos se almacenen en el condominio antes de su llegada. Camana Bay ofrece maravillosos restaurantes, tiendas, cines, cafés y heladerías. ¡Ven y experimenta la vida isleña!

Great stay!

This condo in Grand Cayman was perfect—right on the water with stunning sunset views. Don was a great host, and Jayne, the local contact, was super helpful. Highly recommend!

Very nice stay

Furnishings are a little “lost in the 90’s”, but overall more than adequate. Perfect location with great views and the beach is right there. Walking distance to numerous restaurants.

Great vacation

We really enjoyed our vacation and this property. It was right on the beach and we were able to enjoy snorkeling right off the beach. It was convenient to the grocery, liquor store, and restaurants. We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful time at CocoPlum 7. Beautiful condo, steps away from the pool and has a great ocean view overlooking the beach area and the perfect sunsets.

Diving, a little tennis and relaxation!

This place is clean and quiet - within walking distance of several great restaurants. A short drive to grocery stores and the airport. We experienced some of the best snorkeling right off the beach in front of these condos. We will definitely stay here again!

Cocoplum was a gem to stay at. The place was just a described, the management staff was awesome and surrounding area has everything to offer, with a beautiful pool/beach, gym and spa next door. I will plan on staying there each and every time I go.

Outstanding!

Everything about this place was as advertised. Plenty of space for 2 -4 people. Just steps to the pool/sea. Within easy walking distance to a handful of restaurants. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances, pot, pans and utensils, and everything functions as expected. Faced West, providing awesome sunsets!

Perfect location

Cocoplum was just as nice if not better than the fancy resorts! The beach was great. We snorkeled around the shipwreck and saw the widest variety of fish. The place couldn’t have been any better. Close to shops, restaurants, dive shop (to rent snorkels and masks). They had all we need to cook several meals. Loved it! We will try to stay here again.

We had a relaxing stay at Cocoplum. Water shoes are a must. Snorkeled right off the beach. Good location. Booking and property managers were fantastic. Very helpful with any questions or concerns.

Wonderful home base

We’ve stayed in various rental properties on Cayman over our 15 years coming here, and this location was perfect. The condo is as advertised, the pool and beach snorkeling were great, and it was convenient to so many amenities. This condo was by far the best stocked with necessities - like toilet paper, paper towel, shampoo/conditioner, hand soap, dishwasher pods and laundry soap. We appreciated that so much! Would stay again for sure, and recommend this condo to anyone.

Relaxing Location

Great location and close to everything. The Kitchen is a short walk and has fabulous food. Coconut Joes has the best pina colada on the island. Get the Kings. The resort is a relaxed place without a lot of people. We did not fight for chairs and the pool was pretty empty. Snorkeling right off the property was really good. The only complaint was that the people upstairs were very heavy footed so stay on the 2nd floor.

Great snorkeling

While not on the sandy part of Seven Mile beach from the pictures and postcards most think of, the location is within 1000 steps of that beach. The beach in front of the condo has a sandy area for swimming, but most important to us was the easy access to great rock and coral reefs for snorkeling. The sister property has a ladder for easily slipping into the crystal clear water teeming with lots of fish. The condo itself was nicely appointed with everything we needed and is within walking distance to the grocery store, liquor store and a variety of restaurants. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location…convenient to restaurants

The property is nice and tucked away from the busy traffic. Step out of the condo and onto the small beach. Be sure to bring water shoes and snorkeling equipment. The condo is walking distance from a grocery store and many good restaurants. Shopping on the island is limited compared to home. The unit is well-equipped and it’s great to have a washer and dryer on site. Site out in the evening and watch the beautiful sunsets. In the morning the sun is behind you and you will see the cruise ships come into the port at Georgetown. I recommend taking the very inexpensive buses which run regularly and generally cost $2.50 USD each way. Flag one down and get off just about anywhere. Trading in US dollars and having 110 outlets in a plus for this destination. Highly recommend a trip to the turtle Center.

Two days of construction

Beautiful beach pool area, great staff though imagine condos were built in the 70s. Walls are paper-thin you hear every move of upstairs folks and exterior pictures on line not reflective of actual units. Host did move us and provided partial refund . Should have been a full refund. In this case learned need to very cautious of ratings. Found a unit half mile away and was able to view prior to switching BTW amazing place 150.00 less a night twice the size beach access was the only downside.

Very good stay

The grounds are beautiful, pool is nice. Had an algae issue but they sent someone over to take care of it. Beach is rocky but doable! Lots of chickens on property and some cats. Condo was big, has all you need. Definitely not fancy at all. Needs new mattresses, new pillows, new comforters. Was not super clean, but clean. Stovetop burners worked if they were just right, if not they didn’t. Just an older unit that needs some updates. But nothing to bad. Shower head was broken but they sent a girl right out with a new one to fix it. We don’t love the location as its a very busy stop on the road and very stinky some nights. Dump??? Not sure. But we could walk to places a lot and the grounds itself was quiet and peaceful. Was a good 2 weeks!! I personally think a little bit over priced for condition of condo. But thats just my opinion. Oh the patio was nice!!

One week in paradise

This condo is as advertised and is in a quiet residential group of established condos that have beautiful grounds, small but nice pool and beach with decent snorkeling right out back on a wreck that lies in shallow water. It was very clean, good AC and nice tropical furnishings. The beds were comfortable. My family has stayed in this complex for over 30 years but first time for unit 7. We liked that it was downstairs - no lugging up luggage and dive gear! It overlooks the pool & beach and we felt we had the place to ourselves. My only advice for renters- if you like to cook, there are limited items to cook with and all spices, oils,etc except salt & pepper are removed between rentals. Only measuring cup was 1/4 cup, only spoon measure was a teaspoon and double teaspoon (odd). No casserole type dishes, no small bowls, knives are super dull. All cooking spoons & spatula are plastic. It did not stop us from preparing meals, I just would bring plastic measuring cups and measuring spoons and we bought some throw away aluminum pans at store to use for baking. There is one medium size fry pan. It gets you by, but I’ve stayed at much better stocked kitchens. We also had to purchase extra paper towels and toilet paper. They had plenty of laundry detergent and dish detergent as well as some shampoo - which was appreciated. I thought the listing said we would get one motel room type cleaning during our 7 night stay, but we didn’t. I may have misunderstood that.

New Years Vacation

Our family of four had a wonderful time over New Year's at CocoPlum number 7. The condo and grounds were clean. The view of the water was excellent from the spacious outdoor patio. The location was nice and close to many restaurants and shops. Watching the fireworks go off along Seven Mile Beach on New Year's Eve was a highlight. The size of the condo was perfect for our needs. We got a chance to meet other condo owners and they were all friendly and welcoming. This is a very nice and relaxing place to vacation. In terms of some improvements, the kitchen utensils and baking sheets should be updated or provided. Using the oven was bit difficult without a full complement of even modest baking trays. Also, an upgrade of the beach towels and linens would be helpful. Finally, the on-line photos demonstrate many nice looking stainless steel amenities. However, there were signs directing us not to use them. This was certainly a little misleading when looking at the amenities on-line. These are nit-picky critiques. Overall, this is a very nice place to stay and visit. We were very happy with our decision.
