This home is part of another rental, yet offers private entries and minimal shared wall space for a quiet, comfortable stay.
Every inch of this home has been curated for comfort and style. Bathed in natural light and featuring vaulted ceilings with custom beam-work, the layout offers a seamless flow between indoor luxury and outdoor relaxation.

- The "Lake Town" Charm: As a vibrant lake community, you may occasionally hear the train 🚂that blows its horn. To ensure a restful night's sleep, we provide premium white noise machines and earplugs.
-Accessibility: Please note this is a second-floor unit accessible by stairs.
- Parking: Includes a private 2-car garage (standard size). For oversized SUVs or trucks, outdoor driveway parking is available directly in front of the garage.

Please note that while all guests are welcome, we want to make sure to note that this is an upstairs unit so this might not be a good fit for those with different abilities or mobility challenges. Safety and comfort of our guests is top priority.

There is an additional short term rental at the property. The lower level outdoor space is reserved for guests of that rental.
Garage parking is available for 2 cars. If you are traveling in a larger SUV or truck, you will not be able to fit in the garage. Please park larger vehicles outside of the garage doors.
If you want any additional recommendations of activities, recreation, dining, etc. in the area, we have many local recommendations in our Welcome Book upon your arrival! Summer fun favorites include Wednesday's Live Music downtown at beach and Thursday's Water Ski Shows downtown at the beach.
This is a non-smoking residence which includes any kind of smoking (vaping, cigars, e-cigarettes, etc.). No smoking is allowed on the property including all outdoor space.
House does have a Ring doorbell with camera facing out and outdoor facing cameras over the driveway and backyard.
The home is in a residential neighborhood with neighbors nearby. Please respect everyone, and everything as if it were your own. As such, it is important to note our quiet hours of 10:00pm-8:00am and absolutely no parties are allowed.
