Welcome to our beautiful and peaceful Rocky Mountain retreat nestled in the woods with breath taking views, and aspens all around the property giving you that secluded feel you've been waiting for. Take a break and unwind in this oasis, stargazing in our hot tub surrounded by romantic lights, or cozy up by the outdoor fire pit. The inside is newly remodeled giving you that modern, but yet rustic feel. AC in the summer, and direct heat in the winter will sure add to your comfort level.

The Space:
The cabin has 2 bedrooms, one on the main level and an upstairs loft bedroom. Both bedrooms have a king size bed for your comfort. The front deck has a great seating area with a propane grill. There is an additional patio amongst the trees with the hot tub and fire pit - so cozy!

Guest access
With the exception of the garage, you will have access to the entire cabin and 2 acre property!

The Area:
-19 miles to Fairplay for groceries and a great selection of restaurants.

-40 miles to Breckenridge for world class skiing. Skip all the I-70 traffic!

-18 miles to Kenosha Pass - it is one of the best places to view the gorgeous changing aspen leaves in the fall!

-13 miles to Tarryall Reservoir for fishing and hiking.

-There are also some activities offered at local ranches such as horseback riding and ATV tours.

Amenities:
-Hot Tub - enjoy your evenings relaxing in the hot tub under the stars (Guests use the hot tub at their own risk. Please shower before entering the hot tub in order to prevent soiling the water. The hot tub gets serviced professionally at least on a weekly basis.)

- Outdoor fire pit - enjoy a glass of wine by the fire. It is a propane fire pit, so no wood is needed.
PLEASE NOTE that the indoor fireplace is not in use.
-BBQ Grill - there is a propane grill perfect for grilling out on the deck with a gorgeous view.

-Games - we have a selection of games for your entertainment.

Other things to note:
The stairs up to the loft are very steep. Please be very careful.

Well Water - We have well water, we recommend you bring bottled water.

The property, in general, isn't suitable for young children and there aren’t any children’s amenities available. Please reach out if you have any further questions on this.

Weather - the weather is very unpredictable and conditions can change quickly so please come prepared.

Please note: During the fall through spring the roads can become snow packed and icy at times. Please make sure your vehicle is equipped to handle those conditions. All-wheel drive with good tires is highly recommended.

Cell phone reception can be spotty, so make sure to load directions to the cabin before you lose service! We have Wifi at the cabin so you can stay connected during your stay, but we encourage you to disconnect and enjoy!

PLEASE NOTE: Absolutely no camp fires or any type of ember producing equipment is permitted on the property. The only permitted fire pit is the propane fire pit on the property. The inside fireplace IS ONLY FOR DISPLAY AND NOT IN USE.
