Surrounded by rustic mountain scenery and tall greenery, this cabin includes all the essentials you and your guests need to get away and relax in the welcoming and eccentric town of Fairplay. Complete with floor-to-ceiling windows, a wrap-around outdoor patio, and set on 5 acres of land, this home is perfect for viewing everything that Colorado has to offer, including wildlife!

Our 3-story home is well-equipped with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a full kitchen, multiple dining areas, laundry, and 2 living rooms with TVs, making this home perfect for hosting families and large groups. Primary suite includes a King bed and an ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. Additional amenities include unlimited Wifi internet access with 1 Smart TV located in the main living room, a gas fireplace, a gas grill, board games & cards, DVD movies, sleds & snow saucers, and 2 pairs of snow shoes perfect for exploring the area.

Home is located in Fairplay, CO, an adorable little town only 25 minutes from Breckenridge and less than 2 hours from Denver. It is a historical mining town that inspired the hit TV series, SouthPark, and has eccentric museums, authentic restaurants, shopping, and the kindest people you will ever meet, making it the perfect getaway year-round!

A great time with our kids and FairPlay was a perfect place for the places we wanted to visit. The cabin was one of the best rental cabins we’ve where we have stayed. We usually have to go out and buy almost everything, including dish towels and clothes but this cabin had all the provisions for a great stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful cabin in the Fairplay Colorado mountains. The location is breathtaking—surrounded by scenic mountain views and peaceful nature. We were even lucky enough to see elk during our stay, (from the back porch) which made the experience feel truly special.The cabin itself was very comfortable, spotless, and extremely well stocked with everything we needed. It felt like a home away from home and was the perfect place to relax and unwind. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation spot and would highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a memorable mountain escape. We would love to return!If you’d like, I can make it shorter, more enthusiastic, or tailor it for families, couples, or a romantic getaway.

This is super close to Fairplay and very convenient to Main Street. Easy to park, beautiful wrap around deck and very quiet and peaceful. Took my dog on nice walk behind house. Great amenities and kitchen and has everything you need. Very comfortable, tons of blankets, cozy! Amazing views too!

We love the beautiful peaceful surroundings of the area and that it is still close to the Summit area for adventures. This home has brought family so much joy and so many memories and we would like to invite you and your family/friends to our home to experience the same!

Why they chose this property

This home is a wonderful mountain retreat that has the most beautiful views of the peaks. It is located in the town of Fairplay, which is a small town with some of the coolest and best mom & pop restaurants and shopping experiences, and it is so close to other major cities such as Breckenridge and Denver. The house is close to town but still has such a peaceful and majestic aura to it as it overlooks the Mountains, is quiet and secluded, and has the feeling of being up in the clouds.

What makes this property unique

Our house is the perfect getaway as it gives you the opportunity to explore everything that Colorado has to offer. The house is spacious and large enough to host big families and groups, or perfect to just spread out and relax with a loved one. The home has wonderful views of the mountains, with floor-to-ceiling windows and an outdoor patio that is perfect for watching the gorgeous sunsets and is located on 5 acres of land that is full of tall aspen & pine trees and occasional wildlife. The home is located in Fairplay with offers a charming small-town experience, but is also only 30 minutes away from Breckenridge so you and your guests can easily go into town during the day and have some adventures such as skiing, hiking, and more!
