This immaculate property has two pristine bedrooms and can easily accommodate six guests. The master bedroom has a large double bed, while the second bedroom contains two single beds. Both bedrooms include fitted wardrobes. The living room has a spacious double sofa bed and includes a dining area with a table and four chairs. A 42 inch TV and free WiFi internet are also provided. The hall and downstairs porch are bright and spacious with tiled floors.
The kitchen is fully fitted with a washing machine, newly fitted gas hob/electric oven, as well as a kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge and cooking utensils. The bathroom includes a bath, power shower, wash hand basin and W.C.
Free residents parking is available for guests on the street directly outside the apartment.
Waverley and Haymarket railway stations are readily accessible, as are several major bus routes and all driving routes to the City By-pass, ensuring swift access to other outlying districts, Edinburgh Airport and the Forth Road Bridge.
I pride myself on guest satisfaction and all enquiries from guests will be answered as a matter of urgency. During Check-ins, either myself or a member of my team will be present.
