Surrounded by prominent business buildings, it's an ideal setting for corporate professionals, especially given its close proximity to the airport. With easy access to Washington D.C., this location is perfect for both work and leisure, making it an excellent choice for your stay.

Other Things to Note:
We Host provides basic products for personal care and cooking for the first nights.

For the safety and security of all residents and guests, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. We kindly ask that you complete this process before your arrival. Please note that if the screening is not approved, or if you choose not to proceed, we will unfortunately need to cancel your reservation

The pool is only open from May-September. (From Memorial Day to Labor Day). Please note that access to the pool is for registered guests only. Each reservation includes two people to be registered. If you need to check in additional guests, they will be available for a extra supplement

We do not provide washcloths

Please note that the HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles to comply with environmental regulations. Heating in full operation (October 15 - May 1) Air conditioning in full operation (May 15 - October 1) Between transitions, HVAC operation is at the discretion of the building association based on the outside temperature.
