What you'll love in every bedroom:
Spacious & comfy queen size bed with multiple pillows for a restful night sleep. Each bedroom has an air conditioner, ceiling fan, Smart TV, sun blocking curtains, full closet, full size mirror, bedside tables and lighting in each bedroom.
Wake up to provided local coffee, a variety of regular and sugar free coffee syrups, sugar, sugar substitute, hot cocoa and a variety of teas.

Take in the beautiful mountain views and feel the tropical breezes while sitting/swinging in the hammock in our big wrap around balcony. From the balcony walk right out to the 40’+ long, private, beach entrance pool. Relax and cool off on the lounge chairs set inside the pool or jump right in! Right next to the pool (not heated), fire up the gas and charcoal grills for the perfect cookout! At the pool deck you can hang out at our extra long, handmade, unique picnic table. Relaxation is paramount!

Your comfort, relaxation, local experience and a 5 star stay are our main priorities. Cross the street to a charming bakery for sweet treats and an authentic Puerto Rican lunch. Next to it is a small supermarket for your basic needs. Sunny Villa is in a quiet, dead end street in a rural residential area. You will be surrounded by the beautiful Puerto Rican countryside with quiet, friendly neighbors, hearing chickens during the day and the cherished coquis at night. Sunny Villa has an airy, open concept layout with comfortable, ample space to create fun filled, happy memories with family and friends. Each bedroom is decorated in a different theme and has a comfy queen size bed with extra pillows and blankets, air conditioning, ceiling fan, Smart TV, and closet.

Bedroom 2- theme: Puerto Rican Culture
Bedroom 3-theme: Mermaids

Game room area/marquesina (ground level)
Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen in the main house with microwave, full fridge, electric stove and convection oven, dishwasher and additionally a kitchenette with a full fridge in the lower game room area/marquesina. Bar, ping pong table, Smart TV, foosball table, corn hole game, board games and much more fun to be had.

Parking is free.
One covered parking space and 2 off street, gated, parking spaces, all free.

This is a rural area, so you may see or hear roosters, chickens, wildlife, flocks of birds and may see lizards/iguanas, bugs, etc., and of course hear, but probably not see, the endearing coquis (Puerto Rican tiny frogs) at night. Mother Nature is amazing! Because the house is surrounded by fields, you may see ants/bugs in the house. We professionally fumigate monthly.
Please do not leave any food or crumbs out as it attracts bugs.
We will not refund the stay or any part of the stay if bugs enter the home.

- La Placita- located in Santurce- it is more of a nighttime young adult/adult scene.
- TMobile in San Juan- great fun for the entire family

**Guest access**:
Guests have self check-in and check out.
Guests have access to the entire house, private pool with Bluetooth speakers, a private backyard, full covered balcony with several seating areas and a hammock, and full marquesina/garage/gameroom. The garage/marquesina area has a full bathroom, a kitchenette with a microwave oven, full size fridge, bar, Smart TV,, several comfortable seating areas, ping pong table, foosball table, corn hole game, many board games, card games, etc. Additionally there is one covered parking space and up to 2 off street, gated free parking spaces.
Comfortable and diverse seating areas for different activities for a group of up to 10 people.
Other things to note:
We’re confident you will have a fun, comfortable and relaxing experience at Sunny Villa.
***We strongly recommend getting travel insurance added to your trip. This will give you peace of mind should you need to cancel your trip within the no refund stage of your reservation.
***We require our guests to sign a pool contract: Waiver and Assumption of Risk Using the Pool contract upon arrival and before using the pool.
***Also, please note that decorations and bedding may be changed/updated with the seasons or as needed.
***In the unusual case that power should go out or there is no water in the house, it is due to a municipality problem, and usually very short lived. Please notify us immediately to see how we can help the situation.
Because this is out of our control, we do not offer refunds in this case.
*Please note, **only the downstairs bathroom and kitchenette cannot be used during a power outage, as the water is electrically pumped to the septic tank.**The other 2 bathrooms can be used without any trouble (house has 3 full bathrooms).
***We professionally fumigate monthly and keep the house immaculately clean, but you may see bugs, lizards, etc., since the home is in a rural area surrounded by fields. If you see any uninvited critter, please let us know immediately so we can take care of any problem. Note that this will not be a reason for any type of refund.
*Also please do not to leave food or crumbs on countertops or anywhere outside the garbage can as these will attract ants and bugs. A brand new dishwasher with free dishwasher detergent is provided for your use to help maintain a clean and tidy kitchen.
*We discourage our guests from eating in the bedrooms as it attracts bugs.
