Brand new pool and patio opened in September 2024! This spacious, luxury residential home is perfect for peaceful retreats and action packed getaways alike. Spread out in 2,500 sq. ft. of living space and a 10,000 square foot lot. The property boasts luxury finishes and furniture, it's own private pool, and plenty of space to gather or spread out. The gated community is quiet, the property is extremely private and secure, and the surrounding town of Dorado is vibrant and filled with restaurants and shops.

I am a Bostonian, who is missing this house dearly. My family and I moved into the home during the pandemic, and dreaded having to move back to Boston for work purposes. The silver lining is getting an opportunity to share our little slice of paradise with amazing guests from all over the world.

Why they chose this property

I have vacationed in Puerto Rico nearly every year for 15-years and Dorado is undoubtedly my favorite town. The house spoke to me on a personal level. The privacy from the surroundings combined with the family friendly layout and features were key selling points.
