This beautiful home offers a spacious open floor plan with volume ceilings, and transom windows with the western natural light pouring in. Custom gourmet kitchen with quartz counters, stainless steel appliances, and loads of storage. Step outside to your private backyard and covered lanai area featuring a large pool perfect for you and your guest to bask in the western sun. Gorgeous master bathroom, a sizable soaking tub and a big walk-in shower. Maplewood is a family-friendly, pet-friendly, active-style neighborhood with a community pool, close to major shopping areas and just minutes from Bayfront, 5th avenue and the world-renowned gulf beaches. Off season rate June 1 - Dec. 31 is $5,000 per month, Seasonal Rate Jan 1 - May 31 is $8,000 per month.
