BEAUTIFUL 4 BR Briarwood villa with spacious pool area- VACATION STARTS HERE!

This spacious and well maintained vacation villa is located in the popular gated community of Briarwood which is in close proximity to downtown Naples and the beaches. With its 4 fully equipped bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and an airy living and dining area, the property comfortably accomodates up to 8 persons. It is furnished to a high standard and equipped with full airconditionig, Wifi, cable TV, a 65 inch 4k smart TV with sound system in the living room and flatscreen TVs in all bedrooms, comfortable box spring beds, plantation shutters and hardwood flooring. The extended pool deck with heated pool guarantees for many sunny hours throughout the day due to its prime southwestern exposure. Adjacent to the pool there is a beautiful back yard with a mango tree, overlooking a lake and a turtle sanctuary. Many amenities such as a Weber gas grill, two bikes, beach chairs and fishing equipment are ready for you to use to make your stay at the villa as comfortable as possible. Kids are very welcome- we happily provide a portable baby bed and high chairs. Please ask us for details! As a guest in Briarwood, you also have access to tennis- and basketball courts, a playground and an additional community pool.
NOTE: The villa is for sale. Should an inspection by potential buyers be necessary and take place during your stay, you will be compensated $200 for this inconvenience. By booking the villa you agree to this arrangement and agree to a possible viewing (at least 24 hours notice).

Great Family rental

House is in great shape and nicely decorated - the layout is perfect for families. Close enough to anything you would need and a beautiful quiet neighborhood for your R&R time. We had 3 generations in the house and it fit us well. Nice walk to community pool and tennis courts, gated community makes you feel extra safe while out of town. We had no issues and hope to return again.

Wonderful

The property is nice, the community is beautiful. I felt secure walking anywhere I loved the lanai and pool. The property manager was efficient and kind. If there was anything constructive to say, it would be that the kitchen dishware needs updating.

Excellent Host-Comfortable Villa

This was our second time staying at Michael's villa and we were not disappointed! The villa is spacious, comfortable, and fully furnished with an abundance of necessities; the child protection fence around the pool was a very welcome addition! The kitchen is well stocked with appropriate appliances/utensils for those of us that do a lot of food preparation during our vacation. Michael is a very responsive host, replies to messages quickly, and is a pleasure to work with. Our family will definitely look to rent Michael's villa on our next family vacation in Naples!

Beautifully designed home with pool in a lovely gated neighborhood.

This beautiful home is well designed with the added benefit of 2 bedrooms with king sized beds, ample bath rooms and a lovely lanai with ample seating and a table for dining outside. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool is very welcoming, well tended , with the option of having it heated for a daily fee which I highly recommend, especially if you enjoy an evening swim. The large gas grill on the patio is clean - we did find that it ran out of propane during grilling the first time we used it. Perhaps a gauge on it would be helpful to future guests. We also enjoyed the location, as it is only 15 -20 minutes to attractions i.e. beach, grocery stores, shopping, & restaurants. Would definitely consider staying there again.

Great home, great location, great value!

The home size and layout was perfect for our family trip, which included five adults and one baby. Every "group" had their own space. It was well kept, maintained and very comfortable. Having an individual pool as well as a community pool and activity area was a nice perk. The location of the home in proximity to things to do, grocery stores and the beaches was good. There's a great walking / bike riding trail down the street right out of the gated community. We went to a couple of different beaches and even rode the bikes to the Naples Beach, approx 6 miles from the home. The Naples Zoo isn't too far either, so we enjoyed that. The hospitality of the owners was good as well. We felt very welcome the moment we walked into the home, and we do recommend this home to others for a great away from home getaway.

Great Villa in Briarwood

My husband and I stayed at this property 1/28/23 - 2/11/23. It was exactly as described in the listing. Check-in was super easy and the property was exceptionally clean. The first week we stayed, we were with another couple and having two master suites was perfect. The second week our son, daughter-in-law and two grandsons (3 & 1.5) joined us. There was plenty of room for everyone. The property includes a child protection fence around the pool (super easy to put up / take down) that was perfect for us and provided a worry free environment. The property included everything you would want - beach towels, bikes, pool floats, coolers, all the kitchen supplies you would need and a TV in every room. The community of Briarwood is great. We played pickleball almost every day and spent countless hours at the park. We also used the community pool (heated) a few times just for a change of scenery. We had a minor issue with the pool and we called the management company and the issue was resolved within a few hours. We would definitely consider staying at this location again.

Un premier séjour en Floride!! Quelle réussite due , en grande partie, à la qualité de la location de la villa dans la résidence de Briarwood. Gardiens accueillants et irréprochables! Our home away from home

Our family stayed here in 2020 & returned here by a unanimous family vote in 2022. It was perfect for the 8 of us, ages ranging from 4-73 & is close to shopping, eateries, activities & the gulf!

Family get together

After cancelling our stay in January 2022 due to COVID-19 concerns, we were so happy to be able to rebook for a stay in early May to visit elderly family we hadn’t seen since January 2020. We appreciated the full refund we received and the owner’s understanding of our situation. The house was perfect for our group of 8, with plenty of room, and single level floor plan for our three 80-plus year old family members, and other family that joined us for a mini-reunion. The location was perfect as well. We were unpleasantly surprised by the next door neighbor’s major pool and lanai renovation, complete with with tile saws (have you ever heard a tile saw in use?) and tile dust flying our way, power washers, and workmen going back and forth within feet of our outside pool area. As respectful as they tried to be, it was a major bummer to have a construction site 20 feet away. Hopefully there will be time for a deep cleaning of the house soon. It was surface cleaned at best. The refrigerator was in rough shape—shelves not clean, and the right side door broken and held together at the bottom with duct tape, but functional. The property manager didn’t return our phone call politely asking about the possibility of early checkin, yet she called us early on check out day, asking if we might be leaving before the 10 am checkout time because there were people checking in at 4 pm and it was a tight turnaround for the cleaners. She never asked us how we enjoyed the house, or if there was anything we needed. Sadly, we weren’t impressed with her management. Thank you the opportunity to give our thoughts.

We enjoyed having you and your family as our guests and thank you very much for your feedback. We are very sorry that the property did not meet all of your expectations. Cleanliness is a top priority for us and we will make sure to talk your critics through with both the property manager and the cleaning company. The fridge was replaced and upgraded just this week, as were the lanai furniture, the property washing machine and the TV sets in all bedrooms. Regarding the construction work next door I can very well imagine how this impacted your stay. Unfortunately we were unaware of our neighbors plans and could not inform you accordingly. I am very sorry for the inconvenience and will be in touch shortly to discuss this matter further.

Perfect Family Vacation

The house was the perfect size for our family, 4 adults and 2 kids. It was nice with the pocket doors to prevent noise in the bedrooms. Pool was awesome and very warm with lots of pool toys and other beach equipment, Overall we had an amazing stay and would definitely come back!

I couldn’t believe we had to go buy toilet paper, soap, paper towels etc. Most rental places provide the basics!!! This was not good. The home was nice, spacious & comfy & had lots of extras- bikes, chairs which was great. It was clean. I loved the pool & how it had everything we needed except toilet paper. Lovely neighborhood & home.

Many more vacations in different vacation villas in and around Briarwood followed until we finally found our own dream property in 2008. Over the years, the villa has become our "home away from home" and we frequently spend great times here with family and friends. We are happy to share this special place with you and hope that you feel as much at home here as we always do.
When we are not in Naples, we live and work in Frankfurt, Germany.
