Welcome to Unit 609 in the MOGULS BUILDING, a cozy 3-bedroom, family-friendly condo offering the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Located in a ski-in/ski-out building with great amenities like a communal hot tub and a ski wax room, this inviting space is ideal for families seeking a memorable alpine getaway. With room for up to 8 guests, the condo features a fully equipped kitchen, stunning mountain views, and direct access to Big White’s slopes. Relax, recharge, and enjoy all that the Moguls Building has to offer after a day of adventure.
Listing Space:
Living Area: The inviting living area is perfect for family time, with cozy seating surrounding a gas fireplace. The flat-screen TV ensures entertainment for all, while large windows provide stunning views of the snow-covered landscape.
Kitchen & Dining Area:
The fully equipped kitchen comes with all the modern conveniences to make meal prep easy, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The adjacent dining table seats six, offering the perfect spot for family meals or après-ski relaxation.
Bedrooms:
The primary bedroom features a queen-sized bed with plush linens for restful nights.
The second bedroom includes three twin beds, ideal for children or individual guests.
The third bedroom offers a twin-over-double bunk bed, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for families.
Bathrooms:
Two full bathrooms, both with shower/bath combinations, come stocked with fresh towels and basic toiletries for your convenience.
Private Balcony:
Step outside onto your private balcony and enjoy fresh mountain air and beautiful views of the surrounding alpine scenery.
When you book with Sierra Vacation Rentals, we make sure you`ll have everything you need during your stay. Your unit will include toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, coffee, tea, coffee filters, sugar, cooking oil, salt and pepper, aluminium foil, seran wrap, garbage bags, dish soap and laundry detergent.
SKI IN/OUT ACCESS:
This property is located on the ski run `Moguls Track.` You can ski right into the back of the building and walk throughs the doors to either floor 6 or 8. This unit is on floor 6, so you would just walk down the hallway to the front door. This is a true SKI IN/SKI OUT location!!!
Building Amenities:
The Moguls Building features a communal hot tub, perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes. There is also a ski wax room and a ski locker available to keep your equipment in top shape during your stay.

Listing Neighbourhood Overview:
Located just outside of the village, when you park the car there will be no need to use it again! Ski in and ski out from multiple floors onto the Moguls Track. Within a 5 minute walk you find yourself nestled in the heart of the village where you can access numerous restaurants, shops, the market, the Gondola down to Happy Valley, or anything else you will want for your perfect getaway. Some of our favourite restaurants include Underground Pizza, Fourth Ace smokehouse, Sasquatch Sushi and the Cabin Kitchen and Bar!
Listing Transit:
The property is approximately 50 minutes from Kelowna International Airport, with resort shuttle services available. Parking for one vehicle is provided at the Moguls Building, and the Big White shuttle offers easy access to the village and other resort amenities.

cannabis or vaping products). This includes NO SMOKING in the unit, on the balconies, or anywhere on the common property grounds. This policy is strictly enforced, with fines of $200 per incident. These fines are the responsibility of the guest in addition to any cleaning fee associated with infractions. Thanks in advance for abiding by this rule that makes it awesome for everyone!
