Enjoy the tranquil ambiance of Rosewood and modern amenities like heating, AC, and WiFi. With 2 full bathrooms. Your comfort is our priority. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Columbia. 35 minute walk to Williams Brice Stadium and only 2 miles to USC campus and downtown. Publix and Starbucks is a 15 minute walk or five minute drive. Lovely front porch to relax and enjoy the evening with a glass of wine. 20 minute drive to Ft Jackson, 20 minutes to VA Dorn

Convenient place for student visit

My husband stayed here for Father’s Day weekend at USC. It was conveniently located, clean, and easy to communicate with the owner. Would recommend and stay there again!
