Welcome to our newest ChampionsGate Luxury Family home ready for your next holiday stay.
Enter this spacious beautiful family home to an open main floor floor plan with 2 story living area for an airy feeling. A perfect kitchen with stainless appliances, kitchen Island with 4 bar stools is available and stocked with everything you need to cook and enjoy your favorite meal. This area looks out to the dining area with seating for 10 and a large living room area with large flat screen TV. Patio doors look out to the covered lanai with dining table and looks over to the inviting pool and spill over spa.
You have two bedrooms on the main floor as well. First as you enter the home there is a queen bedroom with a bathroom right outside the room with tub/shower combo.
The back of the home has the main floor master king suite with ensuite bath with a walk in shower. There is also a door out to the pool area off the bathroom.

Upstairs you are greeted with another seating lounge area with TV and foosball game and overlooks below to the living area downstairs.
Three bedrooms are found upstairs as well. First is the second Master King bedroom suite with ensuite bath with a separate tub as well as a walk in shower.
The other two bedrooms consist of a queen bedroom and another bedroom a unique Twin/King bunk as well as a twin trundle bed. Both of the bedrooms have a bathroom outside each bedroom with tub/shower combo.
Round all this out with a garage games room with pool table for hours of enjoyment.

With this rental in the Championsgate community you will have free access to 2 clubhouses with water parks, gym, restaurant and more.

Please inquire about the cost to add Pool/spa heat to your reservation. If you would like the Spillover spa heated then you do require to add Pool Heat.

BBQ Grill rentals are available for your stay and include propane and cleaning after your stay.

Communities do not allow RVs or Trailers to enter or park in the resort. Please make alternative arrangements if travelling with anything other than your personal vehicles.

My husband and I stayed, March 2026. First and most important to us, the house was super clean. For our needs it was perfect. Great location, well appointed kitchen, and comfortable. But if you are a family looking to stay near Disney for a very reasonable price, this is your spot! This is a great family house. We highly recommend this house.

Home Away From Home

Perfect place to stay. If needed, we would definitely book again. Host's communication with us, as guests, was instant. House was spotless and beds were very comfortable.

The home was clean, spacious and exactly as shown in the photos. The only downside was that living room couch is a bit stained and probably needs to be replaced.The host was incredibly responsive from the moment we booked—quick to answer questions, flexible with our arrival time, and always just a message away if we needed anything. It made the whole experience feel seamless and stress-free. We would stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-equipped, and welcoming place to stay!

This house was amazing, just as pictured and in great shape. Everything was clean, very spacious. The management company was very responsive. We did have an issue as the refrigerator stopped cooling and the company responded quickly. We loved this house for our family Disney trip, unfortunately the fridge broke down and we lost some of our groceries but this could happen anywhere!

What the property provides in terms of cleaning supplies, a mop, kitchen towels, coffee mugs, frying pans, and other basic items was really minimal.The patio area had dry grass, and the floor had visible stains. Some of the furniture around the house showed signs of wear and tear or was broken. The living room curtains were missing four panels, and the air fryer was rusty. The dining room rug needs cleaning. We paid an additional fee for the pool heater; however, the pool did not get warm enough.The house is beautiful; however, considering its cost, it needs more care and attention to detail.
