Esta fantástica casa es una de las modelos de Granada más solicitadas por Briarwood. El propietario tomó la decisión de tener las dos suites principales en la parte posterior de la casa con vista a los sonidos tranquilos de la piscina y del spa en cascada, lo que les brinda la posibilidad de disfrutar de la piscina por la noche sin temor a mantener a los niños despiertos. Ambos maestros tienen camas king size, baño privado y puertas corredizas de vidrio con vista a la terraza.

Hay una cama tamaño queen en el 3er dormitorio y 2 camas individuales en el 4to dormitorio con un baño compartido entre ellos en el vestíbulo frente a la sala de estar. Todas las habitaciones han actualizado TV de pantalla plana.

La fantástica zona de la piscina es una visión maravillosa desde casi todas las habitaciones de esta casa luminosa y abierta. Hay una mesa con seis sillas en el área central y una mesa con 4 sillas junto a la cocina de verano que les da a los niños su propio espacio. Relájese todo el día junto a la piscina en una de las 4 tumbonas, o mire el partido en la televisión en la cocina de verano mientras maneja la parrilla. Después de que los niños están metidos, siempre existe la posibilidad de calentar el spa y pasar un rato tranquilo por la noche.

Family Vacation

We had an amazing stay and time in Naples. Our Home was great and cozy, the pool and hot tub were exactly what we were looking for! The only complaint was the dishes were dirty and we had to wash them before we could use them, that would be on the guests before us though. We will definitely be coming back!Thank you!!

Spacious retreat for our family

We enjoyed our stay at this property! There was plenty for room to spread out and areas to gather for meals and relaxing. The pool area was great and we appreciated an outdoor space for meals too. Plenty of beach towels and some pool toys onsite and ready to use as well.

Gorgeous and Wonderful;

The property was so wonderful and the hosts were over the top making sure that everything went well. We had 8 houses in Briarwood for a family reunion and this a top one. I would absolutely recommend it to any family. We would stay here again.

Fantastic Home with perfect location

The home is in a great location within 15 mins of downtown Naples & other great spots to visit. The layout & entire home is beautiful & clean. Extremely happy with property manager communication. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home!

This home was absolutely perfect for our vacation! It was very clean, beautifully decorated, and provided endless extras that made our stay easy and fun! We loved the pool and used it every day. Appreciated the pool towels and float toys! The location was also perfect, 15 minutes to 5th Ave, the Botanical Garden, the zoo and Venetian shops. We will absolutely stay in this home again!

A Wonderful Stay with Room for Improvement

This house is much larger than it appears in the photos. It is located in an incredibly beautiful community, relatively close to the beaches and the city center — only 18 minutes to the beach.The pool is large, as is the space around it. The air conditioning had some issues (it stopped cooling in the middle of the night, making it stuffy), but the house is spacious enough to leave a very pleasant impression overall. This house is definitely worth the money paid for its rental.On the downside, communication with the house manager is quite slow — you might wait a day or even two for a response, which is inconvenient. There are bicycles in the garage, but all except one have flat tires, so don’t count on riding around the area.There are beach chairs, though they are old and rusty, but it’s good that they are available. There are also many items for the pool, which is a plus.We definitely want to come back here next year.

Great villa but poor rental agency

Great Villa let down by pool issues and unwillingness to acknowledge or sort the problem for 2 and a half weeks. Terrible communication when issues were raised. Would not rent through this rental company in future.

Enjoyed the property but….

Loved the layout of the home. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and dinnerware. Beach chairs and umbrellas along with beach towels were adequate. The pool and hot tub were very nice. We did have to email maintenance and have the tank valve replaced in 3rd bathroom and I kept having to re insert the rubber gasket in the 2nd bathroom as it was stretched out. When we arrived the cleaning people forgot to restock the home with paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags and Kleenex so that was on us. Wasn’t happy that I had to pay to have the hot tub heated. The pool and hot tub are there to be used not just to admire. I feel that is an owner responsibility. I also thought there were a lot of fees added to our bill that were not explained. I could never get ahold of the management company. Always got voicemail but no return response. Also the answering machine was saying you reached us after hours during normal business hours. Maybe the week we were there was a week that the management team were on vacation. Again the house was fine and very enjoyable. Real nice layout.

The Perfect Family Vacation Home for Our Family Of 8!

This 4 bedroom vacation home was perfect for our 3 generation family. The verbal/electronic communication with the property managers was excellent. They made everything very clear and are nice people too! he house setup was fantastic. The main master bedroom was on one side of the house - separate from the other three bedrooms. There was a second king bed room on the other side as well as a queen room and one with two twins. Having three bathrooms worked well for our family of 8 too. The shared space was perfect - a large kitchen/dining room/living room - though it was the pool area that got most all of the use! Having a table large enough for all 8 of us outside was a great option - as were the outdoor mini frig, grill and 4 very nice lounge chairs. The pool is AWESOME! Loved that the house had so many pool and beach toys for us to enjoy (maybe thanks to past renters who left things behind). We also had access to 5 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas - wonderful - and 4 adult and one childs (training wheel) bikes. We were concerned before our stay about the distance to the beach, but it really was no problem to make the less than 15 minute drive each morning to Lowdermilk Park. We'd get there by 9:30 each morning and there was plenty of (paid) parking available. It was nice that it had bathrooms - though the snack bar is not open yet (maybe due to Ian?). Last, but not least, we LOVED the recycling option and the 2xs/week trash pickup! Recycling is not often an option in FL.

Sehr schönes Haus in Top Lage

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Das Haus war für 7 Personen mehr als ausreichend groß. Der Pool war sauber und komplett überdacht. Die Lage des Hauses war Top, sehr ruhig gelegen in einer gesicherten Wohnanlage mit Pförtner. Die Anlage war sehr gepflegt. Wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
