Me and my girl friends had an incredible stay this weekend! The apartment looks exactly like the pictures and everything you could possibly need are provided (towels, utensils, laundry detergent, etc). The host, Raj was super accommodating and responded quickly to messages. Would definitely stay here again!
Pleasant and clean room. Iron wasn't working, host was responsive in bringing over a replacement. Nextdoor property was loud in the evening, but I wasn't bothered enough to message host or knock next door. All in all very happy with property, location, and value.
The property was good value for the money. The check in process was easy and the location is quite close to the Hilton hotel where my friends were staying.I recommend this location to others on this site
My wife, future son-in-law and I stayed here for 2 nights to attend the Palm Beach International Boat show. Excellent accommodations in a quiet neighborhood a short walk from restaurants and the show. The check-in and comms with the host were accurate and immediate.
My husband and I loved our stay. It was a close 10 minute walk to the university and to downtown. The neighborhood was very quiet. The owner was very timely for any problems or questions.
The apartment was a great location for someone attending conference at the convention center. Plenty of towels and bedding and the soap/shampoo in the shower was nice. Only suggestion, coming into an apartment, especially late after a full day of travel, it would be nice to offer some bottled water and light snack (popcorn, nuts, fruit). We got in at nearly 11pm and it was difficult without a vehicle to get food so we paid a fortune for door dash. Thank you so much.
We came down here for a conference and have stayed at this location but different unit and different owner before. This time it was god awful. The host was non responsive and the whole place was under construction and inaccessible. The place was also dirty and outdated. No access to the pool, no access to the patio, constant construction noise from morning to night
