Check out the neighborhood in advance.It's definitely homegrown residential.The floors were waxed not swiffered. So walk with caution. We almost slipped and fell several times.There's no iron / ironing board.The Wi-Fi was goodThe water pressure/ temperature was goodBring your own towels and toiletries The house is nicely upgraded on the inside

The location was great, however, the maintenance/cleanliness of this house was awful. Holes in the walls, light bulbs out or flashing, ants all over kitchen counters, windows and seals very dirty with dead bugs/dust, one remote to all the tvs & fan in second bathroom wouldn’t work.
