Dream Casa is a 1650 sq. ft. home in Historic Santa Fe neighborhood featuring a recently renovated original adobe home and is located within walking distance to the historic downtown plaza and Railyard District where you will find the famous Farmers Market, Movie Theater, and several bars and restaurants. The house- 3BR, 2BA (2 Queen beds and a twin size fold down couch).

Dream Casa's staff have taken extreme measures to ensure the property is safe and clean. As an additional safety measure, we have begun providing disinfecting wipes and cleaners for your use during your stay in addition to ample supplies of hand soap, paper towels and tissue. Our cleaning crew will disinfect all light switches, remotes, door knobs and all hard/soft surfaces from top to bottom of property.
Dream Casa is a modernized southwestern home which has been fully renovated. When walking in through the main entry metal gate into a landscaped yard with outside table for 6, a BBQ grill, and a lovely pear tree. In the back part of the yard you will have access to the bike rack if needed. As you enter the front door directly ahead there is the living room with a comfortable love seat and two chairs, and a 65" Smart TV. Going up the spiral staircase which leads to the third bedroom/office. The office includes a HP printer, monitor and a desk that moves up and down. The orange couch folds down into a twin bed. From the living room up four steps into the most colorful inviting dinning room with a table which comfortably fits six. The master suite has a separate entry door. This leads to a porch to enjoy coffee, read a book or just enjoy Santa Fe. The master bedroom has its own private bathroom, kiva decorative fireplace, refrigerated wine cellar, and Queen size bed. The second bedroom has a Queen bed with bathroom right across the hallway. The kitchen has everything a cook would want, ample cabinet space, brand new appliances, dishes, cooking utensils, drip coffee maker and/or Keurig, blender, crock pot, waffle iron, toaster, and much more. Dream Casa offers off street parking for two vehicles.

The entire house is available. There are two entry doors both with keypads to enter into the house.

We live 10 minutes away and are available for questions, concerns, and recommendations. We love playing "tour guide" to all of our guest and are very familiar with the city so please do not hesitate to contact us.

The neighborhood is in the Historic Guadalupe District in downtown Santa Fe near St. Francis Drive. A mix of old adobe homes along with updated homes in the area. This area has a blend of native Santa Feans who have lived in the neighborhood for several decades, like my grandmother who lives across the street, as well as Santa Feans who have recently moved in and have updated their homes. To make all our guests feel more secure we have an alarm system as well as outside only cameras on the property.

Dream Casa is located in a prime downtown area, with easy access to almost everything. It is within waking distance to the plaza which takes about 10-15 minutes. A few blocks away is the Railyard District where you will find many shops and restaurants close by. The best way to get around is walking, bicycle or vehicle. Bus service is available for longer distances throughout the city such as shopping malls, restaurants and museums.

- Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm - 6:00 am
- Other people than those in the Guest party identified through the reservation may not stay overnight on the property. Any other person(s) on the property are the sole responsibility of Guest.
-Guest agrees to lock all windows and doors whenever leaving the property.
-Owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while Guest is on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings or valuables of the Guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
-Damage: Guest agrees to keep the property and all furnishings in good order, and report any damages immediately to the homeowner/host. Except for ordinary housekeeping needs, Guest will return the house to Homeowner in the same condition it was found. No professional cleaning will be required by Homeowner to bring the house back to the condition in which it was rented.
-Guest will only use appliances for their customary intended uses.
-We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the unit.
-Dream Casa has a kiva decorative fireplace and isn't set up for real fires.
