The owner will welcome and tour guests upon their arrival. We don't allow bookings made on behalf of others. A signed waiver of liability is required.
NO smoking or vaping indoors. NO open flames or candles. NO extra guests are allowed to stay over. Quiet time is from 10 PM to 9 AM. Report damages.
Leave used towels in the bin provided. Remove used bedding and place it in laundry baskets. Do not flush inappropriate items in the toilet.
