We had a fantastic stay! The place was very clean, comfortable, and perfect for our group—everyone had a great time. The host, Sean, was super respectful, responsive, and incredibly helpful. I would give this place and the host more stars, if possible. Everything was perfect! The location is beautiful- right on the beach. Had nice/large beach towels ready for our group to use. The condo was spacious, clean and large enough to accommodate our large group! Also, had a large bottle of washing detergent and dish washing powder! The Best was the commutation and the local maintenance man. I asked lots of questions about restaurants, ride from airports, what to do.. etc- the owner answered in great detail! The maintenance guy stop by to show us how to change temps on AC- very friendly. We recommend this place!!! A huge thank you for sharing your beautiful place!

There are lots of available shops, restaurants, and a great view of the ocean. There were some issues with the power due to various reasons but not an issue with the property. Some of the bathrooms didn't appear to have been cleaned in a while as there was a lot of dirt/dust present.

Perfect Beachfront Location!

This condo is located right on Jaco Beach and is in walking distance to many restaurants, grocery stores and bakeries. The condo is spacious and has amazing windows to capture the ocean, beach, and pool views. The condo is a bit “renter worn,” but very comfortable. The deck was perfect for early morning coffee and sunsets. The owner communicates well and made sure we had all the information we needed before we got to the property. We had a wonderful time and would stay here again.
