This house was beautiful and perfect for our multifamily stay. The kitchen and living room were great for meals together and family time and the bedrooms fit everyone comfortably with plenty of cozy pillows and bedding. Location was great and we really enjoyed our time here.

Our family of 9 adults and 2 preschoolers visited the Sun Valley area in early September 2026 for a family wedding and stayed in this lovely lodge home. Ted was a responsive host and quick to assist with questions. The home was spacious and we had plenty of room and never felt like we were on top of each other. One of the drawbacks that has been mentioned by previous guests is that the two upper large king bedrooms could benefit from some doors - one room doesn't have a door to the large shared bathroom and the other bedroom doesn't have a door to the main part of the house. Having said that we made it work and it was fine - and the beds were comfortable!!. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. We enjoyed using the large fire pit a few nights. The location is convenient and a short drive from Hailey, Sun Valley and Ketchum. Our only other concern is that their wasn't a way to recycle our waste. But all in all we had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

Host was responsive. The rental was clean and comfortable. The fireplace and wood was a nice amenity. A bit of a fly problem and there are some areas that would benefit from curtains or blinds. Additionally, the two kings share a communal bathroom situation and one has no door. Thankfully there is a privacy screen for that room, but leaves one otherwise feeling exposed to all noise throughout the house.

Awesome house!! Perfect for 7 adults and 4 kids. Close to Ketchum. Only issue was the bedroom temperatures at night. We almost purchased some window fans.
