We were in town for a hockey tournament and some of my team stayed at the house. The house was very clean and spacious! It had everything we needed!! I would definitely book again. The parking in the back was nice, it fits 2 larger vehicles. Lots of outdoor space and very secure. Don’t hesitate, it’s a good one!

When a family has to plan for a vacation, it can be an easy task, because you take the time to find the amenities you desire, but when planning for a funeral and the final good-bye, you only focus on the bare minimum. - location, capacity and price. My family and I are extremely pleased with this property. Not only was it beautiful, it was beyond the description. The only thing I hated was having to leave. The host demonstrated compassion and professionalism throughout the entire process. Definitely, a new favorite spot! I highly recommend.

We came just for the weekend for a family event. The house is perfect! Great kitchen and comfortable beds all appears to be newly redone. It was only a few mintes to the beach and close to a lot of shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay here. The place was clean, well stocked, and organized. The alley parking spot was nice. The layout is kitchen, half bath, laundry, and living room on the first floor with front and back porch access; upstairs is a primary with an en-suite bath on one end, a smaller 3rd bedroom and a full bath with tub in the hallway, and the 2nd queen bedroom on the other end. The shower had an aqua sauna filter, and plenty of towels provided. They even had beach towels, umbrella & chairs.

Everything was perfect in this house. From the host, to the area, cleanliness, to the wonderful comfortable beds, to the friendly neighbors. I would highly recommend. Neighborhood was very quiet. Thank you Kristin for all your help when I had to dodge snow storms and got down a day early. Will definitely stay again.

Very clean nice house. Well furnished and worked well for our group. Nice neighborhood. Walked around at night with no issues. Very close to restaurants and shops. Not to far from beach. A publix is 5 minutes away. Would stay again if traveling to fort worth in the future.

The house itself is clean with updated amenities. The location isn’t in the nicest neighborhood, but we easily overlooked that as we weren’t there to spend time in the neighborhood. My only two complaints with our stay is that the living room furniture is very uncomfortable, and there is very little water pressure in the master bathroom shower.

We understand that neighborhood preferences can be subjective, and we appreciate your perspective. We also appreciate you bringing the living room furniture comfort and the master bathroom shower water pressure to our attention. Guest feedback helps us identify areas for improvement, and we will certainly review both concerns as we continue updating and maintaining the property. We’ve already replaced the shower head to address the water pressure and we’ll look for additional soft pillows. The back alley can appear to be intimidating late at night, however, we do have a strong relationship with the local Police Dept on keeping an eye out for everyone’s safety.
